I liked all of them except Grunts(kill stuff not much else), Jacobs(plain boring) and Samaras(probably my fault but i can't look past how idiotic this character is).

You're not the only one.

Probably because she's written with all the depth of a shonen anime, and the game tries SO HARD to make you think she's this awesome space cop or whatever.  Doesn't change the irony of her being as much of a murderer as her daughter, which the game entirely misses.

Well i thought that is was rather deep that she was pride over morinth and that what caused that pride also was the reason she had to kill her.

And killing isnt really something malicious to do. It is just seen that way in our current society by hipocrits.

She's a Justicar who follows a strict but skizofrenic code of conduct.

The code compels her to do justice at all cost, even kill a police woman who is just doing her job upholding the law(wow brilliant code of justice there), The code allows her to swear allegiance to a depraved and total renegade human she has just met And partake in any unjust action said human would like to perpetrate only with the warning that if she finds the person she has served unjust AFTER she has ended her service she would attack him.

How isn't it? That's one of the most emotional missions in the game. Finding out what went dowin that facility, when she reflects on the stuff in her cell, when she has that sad look on her face on your way to the Teltin facility and right before she detonates the bomb.

For my part, I just couldn't bring myself to care.  Honestly, I don't know why Shep brought her along.

I would have to say Jack.

When playing male-Shep I could never pursue her romantically, as I always feel she really needs to connect with one person who does not want to use her; just be a friend.

Jack's mission just emphasizes how low Cerberus can go, and you feel bad for the little kid, she was, and understand why her head is so messed.

Tortured and abused as a child.
Used, abused and sold when she escaped.
Abused and used as a teen.

Jack never caught a break, from day one.

She can certainly take care of herself, but there is a damaged and hurt person under the tough exterior, and it makes you both sad and angry at what was done to her.

Yeah, I know she is a killer, but I think if I went through what she went through I would be a bit 'bug house' and ready to kill someone too.

And it has struck me that in some ways Jack and Miranda are two sides of the same coin.
Both 'developed' and prized for their abilities and used.  Just not in the same way. One was abused with sugar, until she caught on, the other with the 'lash'.  Both of them are messed up by it.

Damn, everyone on your crew is damaged in some way.
