There was an anti-Tali hype in the SUVIVOR thread, in the comments as well as in Miranda thread. Even some trolling in the Tali thread. Nothing anti-Mordin happens now. Except the steady climbing in his bar, which started at minute one.

When you're a Marine you get used to seeing friends dying. It doesn't slow yo down, it makes you stronger. That's not just a quote from Ashley, that's a fact of life. This is why  you don't make relationships in the military, like in ME1 when Shepard was with the Alliance.

If you read the quotes, that wasn't a good relationship, or seeing friends die. If I had full control, the dialogue would have gone something like this.

Kaidan: Your going to have to pick one of us to die. Pick me.
Ashley: Negative. Pick Alenko.
Shepard: I can't choo-
Me: ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL.
Shepard: Ashley.
Ashley: Pick Alenko.
Shepard: See you in hell Carth. Ahahaha!

Mordin actually makes sense to me. Much more so than Ash at any rate. They've already got the beacon and are just trying to survive, so his scientific expertise wouldn't seem all that useful. Plus Salarians have a crazy metabolism, so they probably eat a ton.
