Actually Krogan can go for days without food. They come from a harsh world were resources are scarce. In the long term they consume more but in the short term they consume less and instead us up their stored fat reserves. Btw tennyochan its a desert world not an islandShavon wrote...
You know, a few comments I found wonder why more aren't voting off the krogan, and it makes the most sense. I mean, Grunt eats at least four times the amount of a human, so . . . just saying

Well it looks like the Cheerleader as managed a comback since the last time I looked. Poor Jack. Atleast its a more logically choice compared to Miranda. Still think its insulting to only see 4 votes for Legion compared to the 300+ the poll has. Amazing that people put a tin can before sentient beings lives.
The Synthetic Defamation League demands you be put on trial for your biggoted statements. Legion is sentient!

When you have the ability to save your consciousness to a hard drive I'll retract my statement. Legion being "turned off" would give every other LIVING person there one extra day of survival.

I'm saving them for last since they last longer without food.

This is a good point. Also it was a good idea to kill Tali off because she didn't have much meat on her bones and she would taste kind of sweet from what I hear. A bit of a delicasy to increase morale.

Nice try, but no. It even says in the codex entry outright that Geth are sentient. Demanding that I be able to "save my consciousness to a hard drive" before I claim this is an irrelevant tangent. Resistance is futile. Meatware is obsolete.

It is relevant. Legion can do something that no other person in the group can do. That is, save its memories and sense of self for later download. If Legion is damaged it can upload its memories into another unit and continue on. In the case of this survival game *killing* Legion serves to give everyone else a extra day of life with no real harm to Legion. We can argue the true meaning of "sentient" all day long but the Geth are still ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE.
