IRL I am not attracted to what I call plastic people. But I think games are much like movies and ads in which they want exaggerate characters to get the point across. It's hard to create a femme fatale without showing some body features. Do I mind cleavage and leg? Nah. Could I do without? Yes. Should BioWare change it? Nah. I think they are doing fine. Would I want to see more common people? Yeah. Would be fine. But BW also has to give you the illusion that you play a hero or heroine who in the end gets the girl or boy of their dreams. So, I understand that they use stereotypes for that to reach a larger audience. In the BW games I've played I didn't see chain bikinis yet. That's a good sign.

HEY!!! All I am saying is that some one posted a picture. Then someone said something like "that is some WoW stuff". The next stated that it is "WoW stuff because it is WoW stufff" and I am agreeing because it is a character from Warcarft 3 (and happens to be in WoW).



So stop picking on the chicken.

I'm not a fan of elves either. I was a few years ago. I probably know more about elves in D&D than any sane person has a right to. However, there are so many things about elves that are silly in a Mary Sue sort of way that I find it difficult to take them seriously now. I prefer to stick with humans. There is more than enough cultural variation, conflict, and history there in any developed fantasy setting. If I want to play a non-human race I prefer things like demons or faeries. Despite the fact they are more fantastic in nature than elves, they tend to portrayed as less perfect, which in turn makes them more interesting.

(Not that elves are absolutely perfect but they come ridiculously close in most settings. In a way I can't blame them for their insufferable arrogance.)

'twas actually "this is some WoW-like stuff" so I said it is WoW stuff.
