Short version of why you DON'T Use a chain saw to fight zombies

Advantages, almost garuientied kill

Disadvatages,
LOUD(Attracts zombies for miles around)
Finite fuel suply (YOu can't have a magical Infinite gas can, and gas is heavy in its own right, and if the cain saw is electric, Your teatehred to a power supply that could go out at any time)
Heavy, 6-10 ponuds that could have carried ammo,food/water or medical supplies
MELEE WEAPON, if fighting more then one zombie, Your gonna get infected.

and thats why you can't have a chainsaw.

How about a can of Raid? ^^  hehe

It's very possible....people becoming shadows reflected on buildings and cement after the blast.   Thats why its good that "some" countries are taking the initiative right now, to attempt to avert that disaster.

Terrorists and fanatical types..however don't think that way, and don't participate in these world meetings with leaders............

Now who has a plan to deal with friends/family who become infected? Gotta plan this stuff you know. Just saying...

If such a scenario would happen, my morals would surely go down the loo. I would not hesitate to loot all supplies from other people, even killing them in the process if they are a thread.
But IMO stealth and cover is the way to go. No reason to walk around like Terminator killing everything in sight. It just wasting recourses and increasing danger.

The 3 of us work together so we planned....my house houses at least 70 weapons. Everything ranging from and AK-47(semi-automatic, since fully autos are illegal) to a high-quality Swiss army knife. So I provide the weapons, then my other friend has a total of 3 Chevy Cavaliers. So we will have a colony of them. A few "choice" friends will come with us to drive the Cavaliers, some of our supplies will go in these fast little beasts. Then up front in the convoy we will have our bosses Cadillac Escalade(we'll kill her) and on it we our mouning a massive snow plow taken off the county plow trucks out the roads. It will be badass...we'll travel all around the country owning up zombie noobs one shot at a time. You get screwed if you camp out at a place like the mall, there are thousands of ways to get in, you can only hold your guard for so long. Those darn zombies can be persistent little buggers.

So if you want to survie the Zombie Apocolypse, come to Pennsylvania and join the Cavalades!!! (and this is a request for The Woldan, join us... .....)

My stockpile and your stockpile should meet.

I have a modified AK-47 that shoots one round when you pull the trigger, and another round when you let go of the trigger. It's pretty badass when you go crazy and start shooting.

My plan. Shoot 'em in the head when they turn.

I don't think I could shoot them before they turn into a zombie, unless they ask me to.
