Just installed this on my fathers computer. He's running windows 7. The camera won't move. Mouse buttons all work. Going into the menu brings up the pointer, that works fine. But the camera will not turn. Tried setting all the seneativity options. There has been no mention of this in the mouse sticky. Tried windowed mode tried reinstall.

Any ideas? Can't even play the game if I can't even aim.

Do you have a usb controller or other input device plugged in? In the menu, can you move the mouse or do you just see the cursor?

I can move the cursor. Like if I press esc for the menu or hold down shift for the squad pause menu, the cusor shows up and is movable.



There are a couple other things plugged into the USB ports. A palmtop and the printer.

Try unplugging the palmtop. The printer shouldn't be an issue.

Unlugged it. No change.

Can you give me some more info. Are you using the latest 1.01 patch, the newest Kasumi DLC, what kind of mouse are you using (wired/wireless, brand)?

As I said i just installed this on my dads computer, like last night. He's running windows 7 64bit. It's the digital Deluxe version from steam. ME 2 is up to date, 1.01. Nothing extra has been installed. No Zeed, no extra armor/weapons. No kasumi or the firestorm.



Mouse is Logitech, Wired, USB, G5 Laser Mouse. Had basic windows mouse drivers installed. I tried installing the drivers from logitech and noticed no differance.

Add ME2 to trusted applications in your security software. In my case comodo somehow block mouse in the game :/
