Thanks. I just hope the final is as good as it is in my head. And let's not forget--Gibbed did all the hard work. Kudos to Gibbed!javierabegazo wrote...

Just uploaded new version 1b5 with a bug fix for a potential problem if converting between pc & xbox formats. I don't think it will affect anything else. Also, added a warning label to the skills tab that the descriptions are wrong.

So I've got a few things to report
- Pordis, you're freakin' awesome
I set Tech Duration to 10, and my Infiltrator has about a whole 2 minutes of stealth time, and then I put Tech Cooldowns to 10, which got rid of my cooldowns altogether, so I've essentially got a true blue infiltrator - With the Adept, I set Biotic Cooldown upgrades to 10, which got rid of cooldown timer, so now I'm a Biotic God

- I upped Heavy Muscle Weave to 10, and makes my melee attack beastly
- There seems to be some issues with activating the Weapon Talents of Sniper, AR,and SG, it's a hit or miss
- Every time I've added a 1 to the AR Accuracy, I've never had it work
A question:
Would it be possible to get rid of Medi-gel from the Ability Wheel, and make room for an extra Bonus Power? If so, I would like to make an Adept with:
- Singularity
- Throw
- ShockWave
- Pull
- Stasis
- Slam
- Dominate
- Reave

Don't get rid of medigel for one additional bonus power - there should be a space on the wheel that can be used for this.javierabegazo wrote...

For any additional bonus power after this - change the power wheel allocation on your new power to whatever your class power is, that way you can still access both.
For powers 3 & 4 you'll need to have them mapped to LB/RB to have access to all.
[*]Edit: my post on page 106 describes this better.

I don't know about others, but this seemed kinda hit and miss for me even when I was hex editing so this might not be related at all to Pordis' editor.
There were cases when I double and triple checked the locations of my edits but still wasn't getting a specific traning to show up. It usually worked fine but there were definitely times when it wasn't "taking" even though it should have. This was also occasionally true for ammo modding and pasting over guns in Gibbed (before we had the hex edit fields) sometimes (1 time out of 10 maybe) it just didn't "take" and you had to get to the next level/room to try again at which point it almost always worked.
So, for whatever reason, there always seems to be some circumstances where the game just ignores a correctly implemented mod - something to keep in mind.

thanks I tried to edit the saves that had not worked but now the whole file is coming up corrupted on my memory card just glad its only those 4 saves not the rest I made would hate to build them again
Several things
- ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR SAVES
- You HAVE to Rehash&Resign the save files in MODIO and THEN Save to Device, failure to do so will corrupt file

A single bad game save will make the whole career save look corrupted. But you should only have to remove or fix the bad one(s). At worst, if you have saves of a good career and subsequent game saves you should be able to recover all except maybe the last save.
I have had cases where I was keeping a lot of game saves and for some reason the last same would be empty. I'm pretty sure a friend had this happen without *any* modding, so it might be something weird with me2 save file sizes--it always seemed to happen when the career save was over 1mb (which is easier to do it seems with DLC). Anyway, removing the bad file seemed to work for me (and sometimes needing to load a different career first---the game seems to automatically look for the last save which would sometimes lock the console if it was corrupt or missing).

[*]As I said I had copied them already on to my hdd and they were fine all but the ones I spoke about so the saves are ok as I figured it was the fact that I had kaidan as li and killed him I went back and changed it so he lived but for some reason that is making that one career now show as corrupted I even deleted those saves but it is still the same thing is I am trying to have a few games where shepard has no li going into mass effect 2 so I can have them have them with just kelly as an liPordis Shepard wrote...

+++++++++++++++++++

Check it out guys:
My Adept's a true Biotic Adept
- Warp
- Throw
- Shockwave
- Pull
- Singularity
- Slam
- Reave
- Barrier
- Stasis
- Dominate
How do I balance this out?
I only play on NG+ Insanity with a Level 30 Shepard, and I have no Medi-gel, meaning that if anyone dies during an engagement, I cannot revive them, and I have no emergency medi-gel for myself

I may give my adept another run out though with a similar layout to yours although I don't have the issue of selecting tech powers for an adept and don't agree with the "roleplaying" arguments against it - engineer using biotics I understand, if not agree, but why wouldn't a biotic use technology?
Never know, I may decide to finish that Sentinel playthrough finally and go with a proper mix of talents.

There's room for one additional bonus power on the power wheel, but as there are 3 mapped powers - Y, RB & LB - you can have a total of 5 bonus powers with your class power and 2 others not shown on the wheel but still accessible.
I described the process on page 106.

Sorry if this has been asked before. I just downloaded the new version of Gibbed. I'm confused on the new player function. Since it only makes a save that you name, how do you get it to work on your console? Modio won't open it so you can't rehash/resign, Theres no original save to import it into like when you pull one of the console. What do I need to do for it to be playable? How do I get it onto my console. I use a USB btw, don't know if that makes a difference.
i dont realy understand what your saing but the new gibbed work exactly like the old one you open a save that look like this "Save_0013.xbsav" you edit it then save it in the same format then you put it back in the player profil in modio then reash resign

Right thats how you edit a save from your xbox. But I'm talking about a new save. You know at the top left corner of gibbed where it says new. That never worked for xbox on the old gibbed, now it's supposed to be able to. I'm assuming that means you can create new careers from Gibbed. When I use that though it only creates a save that looks like "save_001.xbsav" but theres no player profile to put it into so you can rehash/resign and get it onto your console. So my question is how do you get a save you made in gibbed onto your console? Sorry if I wasn't clearer, but that was my question.

ok i totally did not get that in fact i did not even know you could do that il try it out and see if i can figure it out
EDIT: ok what you have to do after creating your new save is:
1) you need an existing player profil name date or class doesnt matter
2) make a copie of it thats the one youl need
3) rename the copie like you need it to be me it was
original: Jaine_32_Adept_040411
renamed copie: Jaine_32_Adept_210411
if its a soldier: Jaine_32_Soldier_210411
you get te point
4) open the renamed copie in modio then delet all the game save you dont want personally i kept the auto save and the mission start save that were already there just to be sure
5) inject your created save file
6) reash resign
7) put it in you usb drive then load it in game
8) enjoy
