cant you just do as i do with biotic and put the cooldown to 0

Well I'm not trying to be god. and have no cooldowns. I am just wanting to have individual cooldowns.

Personally I dont know how come bioware enever thought of it, but having. Field specific cooldowns would be the best of both.

Tech powers have Universal cooldowns, YES. But are apart from Biotic powers.

Example. You got, Throw, Warp, tech armor, cryo blast.

You use Throw, it means throw and warp go into cooldown. Because the power source is your brain. If you use tech armor, armor and cryo go into cooldown, because the power source is your omni tool. That I would love. I agree with universal cooldowns to a point. But when using cryo blast makes your barrier cooldown makes no sense at all. Is not like your omni tool is hooked up to your brain.

ANyways, I will tell you if I find it again. I was looking for other things when I stumbled upon that small paragraph.

well i did a fast unsuccesfull google search and stumbled on this imo it would be the best compromise realy like the idea

Example of how it could work:

Adept Shep sees an enemy with a Barrier and casts Warp, both Cooldowns kick in and a small icon appears at the bottom of the screen indicating Warp is now on CD, it 'fills' as time passes and then dissapears when CD is up. After Casting Warp both Cooldowns have kicked in and you can't use any ability until the Global CD is up. Once the Global CD is up you are now free to use ANY ability EXCEPT Warp (which by this point is now on 4 seconds CD).

This system would encourage players to use combo's and discourage spamming a single ability over and over again.

I am confused...whenever you use a power, global cooldown of 2 secs kicks in. but that skill has a cooldown of 6 individually?

yep there is a 2sec cooldown that always aply wen you do some thing and each atack as its own cooldown so in this exemple wen the 2 sec global cooldown is done there is still 4 sec left to the power specific cd
so you cant skill spam all your skilll at once like a crazy mother ****er but you dont have to wait like an idiot for everything to recharge and die cause you cant use unity because of your 20 sec cooldown on you crazy uber biotic attack

Whenever you use a biotic power, that power has a 6 sec cooldown. ALl other biotic powers cooldown for 2 secs.

The same for tech. Is till dont feel comfortable having tech armor reset my barrier.

yea even better
so you go biotic all biotic are off for 2 sec and the power you used as its own cooldown depending on its strenght
then you go tech all tech are off for2 sec and the tech you used as its own cooldown depending on its strenght
and unity as its own cool downso you dont endup screwd
so you can do tech biotic combo on cross class caracter

Combat, Biotic, and Tech powers should have universal cooldowns within their own respective tech trees.

PS: No that is not what they did in ME3. They kept the universal cooldowns.

AKA they were too lazy to fix it. Bioware and EA... not a good mix.

Well some people are you just to be rich. I dont blame em... but if they happen to fall down the stairs I wont shed a tear for em.

This is not to say EA is 100% evil... Crysis1 and 2 is a prime example of how greed and passion can be in the same game. Given most agree from 1st to 2nd it was dumbed down for consoles. Nevertheless, Crysis 2 Single player has over 10 hours of gameplay on campaign alone...

When was the last time a FPS game campaign story took you beyond the 5 hour mark?

Thats why I love the game. the story alone is long as hell.

Unfortunately thats the only game I can think of with the EA logo that wasn't made to appeal the masses to maximize profit.

Adding the string text to hex ...to add powers... didn't work :P

Oh and unlike Hex. When I add wpn dmg upgrades I can still pick up the ones found in the world.
Shield, or health upgrades however I cannot.

im not sure but i think there is 10 in the game with the dlc's might just be because you can pick them up until you reach the max the game would normaly let you get

Well fmor wiki it says there are 7 in total. So I went way beyond the limit.

I started with 7 just like if I had done it through hex. Although if I do it through hex I wont be able to pick up AR dmg upgrades in the game.

but If I do the exact same thing. Start with 7 dmg AR upgrades. I was still able to pick up 3 in the game.

This also applies to the Bio amps, and tech research... apparently the game through gibb does add the bonuses but it doesn't prevent you from picking up, dmg upgrades, bio amps, techs dmg, or to research em.


Shields, health, armor upgrades they dont let me pick em up however.

nothing bad but just for info.

probably wouldnt go red maybe green and purple or some thing like that to get a cibernetic look tim eye are nice but dont render well on sdtv

I think eye meshes come in pairs so it would be impossible unless you could edit the textures for xbox.

FYI: Not sure why this is happening. but ever since I started using the gibb 2.0 my saves sometimes corrupt. Although this is easily resolved by deleting the "chapter save" through modio.

is tarted another game and been using only the first gibb and it has given me no problems whatsoever with the exact same modding done to both.

not sure who is the dude who made it. But the one that allows you to put upgrades through it.

On the lips... no idea. I've only changed the eyes to TIM style... instead ob lue whoever they are orange... wicked scene.

To change lip color you go to:

Raw>Player>Appearance>Morph Head>Vector Parameters>Hed_Lips_Tint_Vector

you then need to change the RBG fields to what you want.  Alpha should be left at 1 and the other fields a decimal value less than 1 unless you want some weird glowing colors.

That is definitely how you change the lipstick color on a femshep - I do it all the time - so you must have some other issue preventing the mod from working. 

Are other mods working?  Sometimes you have to just move forward in the game a bit and try the mod again to get it to work too.  Beyond that, I'm not sure what the problem is.
