For instance, I'm doing a Vanguard Insanity run, but would like to try Singularity. I have not played as an Adept, and have heard that you have to be one to use Singularity. Is that true? If so, can I change my class now? And where do I add Singularity?

Hmm, I do not have a transfer kit. But I do have a portable USB device. If import a save from the my xbox to that USB then upload the file to my computer, will I still be able to modify the save and use it on my game? Or do I still need a transfer kit?
No Transfer Kit is needed if you have a Flash Drive. The device will initially be reformatted to accomodate the Xbox, and all information currently saved to the Drive will be deleted, so prepare accordingly.
You move your saves from your Hard Drive to the Flash Drive, and then mod them on your computer. You can then either "play those saves" from the Flash Drive itself, or move them back to your Hard Drive.

That would be a shame. It has more than doubled my interest in the game.

Only Adepts can use Singularity and we don't know any way of adding any skills aside from bonus powers. You can change your class though. There are instructions on how to change your class in the original post on page 1 of this thread.
One warning on changing your class though, from the OP....
"You can change your class at any time BUT if you already took the bonus weapon class or weapon from the collecter ship and your new class doesn't have access to that weapon/class you WILL lose it and NOT be able to
select again in future playthroughs upon importing the character. So I recommend creating a new adept with the ME1 save import and then mod what you want there."
So with your Vanguard it would be a good idea to change your class to an Adept by modding a save before you board the collector ship and if your current Vanguard playthrough is based off an imported ME2 endgame save, then it would be better to mod a save before the Collector ship from your first Vanguard playthrough.

The texture codes provided on the Faces Database (in Okogawa's Guide) don't work for me. The hair morph works, but the suggested texture codes leave large untextured white areas.

Has anyone figured out yet how to get Ashley's hair?

Not yet, everyone is having the same problem since no one seems to know the correct texture codes.

Now was that a modded game where male shep was swapped or if it doable with a true female shep ?
Works fine as long as I am male shep but be damned if I can get kelly to do more than dinner as a female, well, and the hug and feeding my fish.

Thanks. That's a shame. I have a Shep this would look good on, now.

ok I have seen videos of Kelly in a femsheps room dancing post game but my femshep never get that and I used the correct in game choices and even didn't advance towards anotheri n the crew

Worked for my femshep. Just remember you can't have any active romances going. So for example with Garrus you actually need to pick the "we could work off some stress together" dialogue option then pick the bottom option indicating that you had a fist fight in mind. Once all the romances are ended she'll send you an email, read it and the next time you'll have an option to invite her up.

It definitely works, regardless of gender.
The only other thing that experience tells me may be a factor is the post-Horizon conversation concerning your LI (if it was Kaiden). I once answered something to the effect of "I still miss him", and Kelly did not arrange the stripper routine.
I'm not sure I've ever seen this mentioned as a factor in any other posts, but it seemed to have possibly made a difference in my experience. I could be wrong, but everything else was the same, just as in your experience. This was the only playthrough, of many, in which Kelly didn't come to my room.

I have not even talked to garrus or the other male options with this playthrough except to ask them for their upgrades then I did not even talk to them again. Maybe I need to do that and blow them off, well, not literally, lol
I only can assume it's liari but I dunno.
I did notice when you go up to her after the end game to ask her if she's ok
and she ends it with 'back to the old kelly'
I could have swore with male shep she said "back to the old flirty kelly'
Sure wish we have the romance toggles in this editor but I am stumped.
I mean i have played the femshep at least 10 times to completion and liara actually always was the me1 imported interest.
Trying to remember how I reacted to liara when i met her on illium....hum, but would that even change it.
I wonder if I can go cheat on liara and then break it off with that person?
That might work right
grrrrrrrrr, really sucks trying to figure this out as it takes HOURS between some triggers.

Instead of replacing my heavy weapon, I tried to replace my pistol, and it wouldn't work.

Well, I'm back to having the same problem. Is this not how the loadout and weapon screens should look?

It will only work if you don't already have a shotgun
