So no way to use those extra male hairstyles yet? Like Conrad and Donelly's?
Not yet tho someone will find the code and values, however it is poseable that theres might be like Mirandas hair which means you can't take it because it's part of there head.

Can you replace textures? The textures mods are sweet and i'd like to change some stuff around.
That's my main interest as well, that and swapping a few models around like say giving a female Shepard access to Miranda or Kasumi's outfit in place of one of my DLC armors (most of them look horrible on female character's anyway) or even to give one of my Male Shepards an armor without a helmet that's on all the damned time.

I just couldn't bear to do a single nother mineral scan, it's so nauseatingly boring in what is an otherwise superb game.
Now I can just circumvent that BS. Thank you for letting me enjoy this game again.

is it anyway to change the casual ID and the other ID's to get different outfits?
Thats what I wonder, I would sugest asking someone with the PC version for the IDS. As dar as I know, everything is in the files regardless of what system you own for it, it's just on the PC you can go digging into the files where on the 360 version you can't but it's there. I realy want TIMs suit for my Shepard and Miris suit for fem shepard ^ ^

Hmm,,...probably provided someone makes a tool for it.Funkcase wrote...
Does this mean we can mod other games too? Like Fallout 3, Oblivion and DA:O?
All it really does is edit existing values within the stock game. LIVE can't even have a way to track these values and even if it did, it still isn't against the Terms of Use of Microsoft and LIVE
It does make certain things easier than they would be in an unmodded game: Infinite Cain ammo on Insanity would allow you to circumvent hours of trial and error to get an achievement. I know for certain that MS doesn't take kindly to normal achievement cheaters (I think it was through downloading savegames at certain points in a game) and I don't think they'll just allow this either.
Personally I don't really care about all this, but I've seen how Microsoft acts before (luckily never experienced it myself) and they probably will find a way to track down everyone who used this mod. If not, they could always track down Gamertags through this very topic, as pretty much all of us have an EA-account which is linked to a Gamertag.
I'm not taking any risk myself, I've got too much DLC and fun out of Live to do that. I hope none of you will get banned for this, but I wouldn't be surprised if you were.

I've been searching through the Gibb's Editor, but I can't find anything where we can change the armor/casual appearance values. I'm a noob, so I probably skipped it over somehow. Anyone have any ideas?
Like someone said, we should ask the PC thread for help, haha.

I can't get my saves to show up on the Xbox. Am I supposed to be using Xtaf to inject the same save I opened in Mordio, added the modded save, and clicked Rehash and Resign?

Yep. At the end of the line, you inject the same 'total' save file (the one that is called after your Shepard, his class and the date he is created on) into the Xbox partition of your USB drive. It can be tricky though. I did it wrong the first time, too. You will have to inject the modded save file into the right folder. I extracted the the save file from the {dir}content folder and while that worked fine with extracting, injecting it back into that folder doesn't work. Instead, you'll have to open the '{dir}content' folder and all subsequent folders, until you reach your original save file (the one you extracted. Xtaf didn't delete it, it just made a copy on your computer). Delete that save file and inject the modded one in the same, now empty folder. Now your Xbox should recognize it.IrishSpectre257 wrote...
One last question, which the answer to is probably obvious:

Hey I got this to work using the USB key feature just a couple things.
Make sure you use the "Safely Remove Hardware" or the next time you plug the key into the 360 it might say the stick is unformatted and you will lose everything on there.
Also I did this and ME2 can no longer manage the saves in the character I messed around with. It appears that the file is read-only. Autosave doesn't even overwrite the old autosave file making the thing useless. Any suggestions?
Strange, I've never encounted any of these issues. Perhaps you tinkered too much in the Gibbed Save Editor.
I've only messed with it to get credits, resources, TIM's eyes, get my soldier to have the Widow, Revenant, and Claymore, and used it to trick the game into thinking my new ME2 save had played ME1 as a paragon
How do you get the Illusive Man's cyber-eyes? Those would look sweet on my techie characters.

Yup, you sure can, just plug it into your XBOX< then go to SYSTEM SETTINGS > MEMORY > USB DEVICE and configure for use with the XBOX, it's all very straight forwardmasseffectfan00 wrote...

I'd have to format it though right? I heard you need to do this from another site. I think ill just buy a new one since my 320 gig drive got 250 gig worth of pr0n

To Get the Illusive Man's Eyes
Open save in Save Editor.
Change to Raw tab.
Expand Squad > Player > Appearance > Morph Head > Texture Parameters.
Open the Texture Parameters list.
Add two new entries as follows:
code:
Name: EYE_Diff
Value: BIOG_HMM_HED_PROMorph.IllusiveMan.HMM_HED_PROIllusiveman_Eye_Diff
code:
Name: EYE_Spec
Value: BIOG_HMM_HED_PROMorph.IllusiveMan.HMM_HED_PROIllusiveman_Eye_Spec
Open Vector Parameters
Change "EYE_Iris_Colour_Vector" name to "Emis_Color" (without the quotes)

Like everyone else has said, it'd be great if we find a way to edit the textures besides hair and somehow find the values for other outifits.

Its in there, its causal ID uder apperence I beleive. Could be wrong but it is poseable, we just need a PC users help.
