You can do it on PC; but no one knows a way to do it on 360 yet. It involves editing some of the game's data files (copying the models and texture files for Tali and renaming the copy you made so that you can put it into the partition the game uses to store Shepard's armor models), while the 360 save editor only allows you to edit the save files.
It may be possible in the future; but right now there's no way.
I had a theory about tricking the game by creating a file which the 360 recognizes as DLC (like the DLC for the Cerberus armor and shotgun, etc.) since those files aren't written onto the disk. In theory some of the tools the PC modders use might be able to do it, for example I could try making a copy of the texture and model for Tali and edit it so that the game would recognize it as an alternate armor for Shepard, then put that data into a file that the game would recognize as DLC.
But I abandoned the concept because I realized that if I figured out how to do it, it would also allow me to use the same basic process to pirate paid DLC and that's the sort of thing that Microsoft and EA would understandably get pissed about.

Wait, when I replace my weapons from the beginning of the game...isn't that permanent. Forgive my ignorance if I haven't noticed though
For ex: I give m8 avenger assault rifles to replace the handguns, of Jacob, Jack, and Tali. Amongst other crazy replacements.

Well it is semi permanent because if you acquire a new weapon of the same class it removes it.

BTW....is there any way to fix the Conrad Verner glitch?. I use to like it, because it gave me a discount on the store, but since I mod my files I want a clean copy of my ME1 game....even when I uncheck the "intimidate fan" flag I still mat him in Illium making me waste 2 days of games lol.
Now I read on wiki that it can't be fix even with Editor...is that true, Ima meet verner no matter what?

Got Him Killed
Remember changes in those flags don't take place until your next game or unless you change your end game state flag and start again.

But... no no what I want, is the right way, to meet him, and talk him out of his obssession peacefully.
Meaning check:
Met him
Charmed him.
I starta new game, which is the only way to have those choices kick in your right., and I get to Illium, and before entering the bar, I see the owner there, ...the one that tells me someone is making trouble, I go in and there he is.
I save my game.
extra it, Open it in Gibbed Editor, and check the flags. All that is checked is:
Met him
Charmed him
And still he appears.
So yes, I have a game that is finished, and is like my mother file, I modify it, and start new games from that one.
Modified two saves, to have met him and charmed him only.
Started new games based on that import, and meet him in Illium.
heck, I even went as far as go into ME1, finish a file I have near the end where I only spoke to him once. Just an autograhp nothing more.
Checked me2 when I imported it, and it has Meet him and Intimidate him.
Only by meeting him the bug kicks in.
Tried many ways, but nothing.
I want to meet him and talk him out of it. But I haven't found a way to get the game to correct it, duno why.

yeah. Weird thing is. I have saves that I got the email from him, thanking me etc.

Sorry to say, but that happended to me early on. I used the USBXTAFGUI_v17 first, and was happy modding, I only modded 3 games. Then I switched to the USBXTAFGUI_v31, and found out, I could mess with the ones I had already modded, I duno why.
I could mod any new never before touched files, but not ones touched by the earlier version. Since I just switched early it never was a problem.... but you just change so I got no way of solving that...

It depends on what weapons you are "supposed to have" what you mod and then what you pick up. If you pick up a weapon of the same class that you have modded and that you have access to it will overwrite the mod. Example, If you are a sniper adept with the widow modded over the Mantis and you pick up the viper it will overwrite the Widow. So in that case don't pick it up, it will go into your inventory on it's own at some point and at this point you may or may not need to remod it - I never need to remod when this happens but some people have reported that they do - dunno why.
Example, but if you are an assault rifle adept and you mod the widow over your hand cannon or smg then picking up another assault rifle won't effect the widow at all, nor will picking up the viper. But picking up the tempest (if you modded over the Shuriken) will overwrite your widow. Again, if you just leave it the game will force it into your inventory and you may or may not have to remod. There is usually only one "gun pick up" that will be a problem for any single mod so it's usually not a big deal even when it happens.
If you are modding a weapon of a class you shouldn't have it's best to mod it over the handcanon after Mordin if you only want to mod once. If you are modding a later weapon over a class you have access to then avoid other versions of that weapon when they present themselves.
There is no foolproof permanent way to mod a weapon that I know of - but worst case scenerio is usually only one more susbequent mod after the initial mod.

It seems to overwrite that class of weapon when you pick up a new one, doesn't seem to be a way around it yet, but it really only takes a minute or two to change it back, you don't even have to turn off your xbox, just go back to the main menu and pull out your flashdrive and change the weapon back.(make sure it's done saving of course first) I'm really hoping that the next version of the editor will be out some time soon, I wonder what's going to be added.
