How long do I have to be patient waiting for my Lucky Stone ring to download?


I downloaded and installed Character Creator. I created a character and uploaded it to my bioware account.


The Lucky Stone ring is listed under "Your Registered Game Promotions." 


I waited several days. I uploaded a second character. I waited several more days. Still no Lucky Ring. It's been two weeks now. What gives?


I managed to download The Helm Of The Deep, Blood Dragon Armor, Embri's Many Pockets, The Stone Prisoner and Amulet Of The War Mage with no problems.


I wonder if anyone here has any ideas?
