I have found the helm, gloves and boots to this set in the elven forests, but I can not find the tomb stone to get the chest plate. I have found the tombstones that are overlooking the old talking tree, the one outside of the ruins, and the one to the north of the same map as the one outside the ruins, can someone please tell me where the last tombstone is? Is it in the ruins or somewhere else, because I did not see it inside.
Thanks in advance.

I found that plate by accident when i looted a ghost if my mind remembers correctly, if i can remember right it is by that pond inside the ruins.

I think mine was found within the Werewolf Lair in the forest, not entirely sure.

It's in the Werewolf lair after the cup pool altar pray puzzle.

It's in the ruins, on the first floor opposite to where you exit to the second on the map. There is a room with a big door that is locked and a puddle. There is a sequence you need to follow to open the door and get inside for the breastplate. If you haven't picked up the codex for the quest to do this then I'll add as follows (If I can remember righty)...
1. Take the mug from the pool of water,
2. Fill the mug with water,
3. Leave the pool,
4. Go to the alter and place the mug on the alter (Alter is just to the left of the pool coming from the entrance),
5. Pray to the alter,
6. Take a sip from the water,
7. Take the mug from the alter,
8. pour the water back into the pool.
...Once done, get yourself a nice breastplate.
