Hi, my wife and I just received our lithograph, and there was a bit of damage.

The foam was off-center within the cardboard folder (shifted right against the left edge), and the litho itself was off-center within the styrofoam (again, shifted right against the left edge). The result is that the left side of the litho has 3 dings in it, as well as two bent corners.

You may want to re-stress with your distributor that the litho should be in the middle of the foam, with the foam in the middle of the cardboard fold, in case of rough handling during delivery. Either that, or the tape's not tight enough, and the litho is sliding during shipping (though the package felt pretty tight before opening it, I'm not sure that was the issue in this case).
