360. Generally i prefer consoles for gaming. Easier to start playing, you never have to worry or think about mods (i never get to play Oblivion or Morrowind on PC, i always just mod them since it is possible), Console games are more finished usually or don't need so much updates (this is changing however), easy controls, no need to worry about whether the game works or about graphics card drivers (updating those on a laptop is a pain in the ass, you have to mod the drivers to work...) etc. billion reasons why gaming is better on consoles.

Of course PC always has its strong points, and some genres simply don't work with console controllers, like RTSes (TBSes would, but no one bothers making them for consoles for some reason), you can mod games, and you can use multiple different controllers or modify key settings.

EDIT, note that i used to be a PC gamer, and still play on it but i like 360 more.

I actually wish the series was on the PS3. There would be more content on the disk and much more. haha

But I play both on 360.

Well normally i would agree to Bioware expansion, I just can't stand the PS3.  And i know i have no good reason to dislike it, but i just can't stand it.

XBOX 360. Cause I like to leave my PC for computing. Also have a fear of deleting something important on PC, when I am trying to play a game. It may be hard to do, but I'm a klutz.

PC for 2 reasons.

1. It's wahahay easier to aim with a mouse than a controller (at least for me it is)

2. I can mod the game, have some fun after finishing it as intended.

How much did you spend on your pc?
and how much on your home entertainment system?
If your like me and you spend $5000+ on a home entertainment system it's going to dominate over almost any pc. like i said in my previous post, you like what you spend the time and money on.:D

always PC

Aside from advantages mentioned here by other people, I never got used to playing on consoles, somehow can´t "merge" with the games on them. Don´t know how better explain it, playing on PC is simply much more enjoyable for me.

PC, mostly because I just have got used to it. And of course, you get some nice things (like modding) which you can't have in consoles. Of course, it's just guestion of which one you get used to.

Dude, your home entertainment sytem would be like 10 times better running through a decent PC than an Xbox,so thats not really much of an argument.

I play on pc because i just prefer it, its really down to personal prerence though. But nobody can argue that the Xbox is superior to the PC, thats just rediculous.

I just play xbox over the PC for more of the social aspect of it and achievements. I like the fact that I can play ME2 whiling talking to my friends ... But I have been debating whether or not to get it for the PC but I'm not so sure.

A PC can be part of a home entertainment system. Infact its much better than a console in such a role.

It doesn't really matter. The great thing about PC, is that you can take pics and make vids in a much easier way. Same thing goes for modding. And since I already have a good PC that I use for school, it's cheaper for me. (also PC version costs $10 less! :)

I finished ME1 on both 360 and PC. The PC version was better. Frame rates and load times were better, the minigames for lockpicking was better on PC and the interface (i.e. giving orders and using powers) was better on the PC. The PC version had the advantage of coming out after the 360 version. One of my very few disappointments with ME2 was they didn't take the time to take advantage of the keyboard and mouse setup compared to console like they did with the first game.

There is no need to rub it in, but everyone knows a $1200 gaming machine is going to outperform an xbox. And since you can get any kind of controller you want for pc, its no contest.

That said, gaming on the pc can be dicey. I just bought Ego Draconis, and after fiddling with downloads and calibrating everything so it would even play on my system, I lost about 2 hrs I could have been playing the damn game. Compatibility and optimization can be a real hassle with pc gaming.

I know that i could run on a nice pc, but i've never been a fan of gaming on pc's mainly because i have always used consoles.  i would try to argue that you can't use a pc with a tv but that isn't the case anymore.  i wasn't trying to slam on pc's i was just trying to say that people like what they spend their time and money on.  For me personally a Xbox is superior to a pc.  For a lot of other people it's the other way around.
The main reasons why i like the xbox are
1.meant for gaming precisly
2. talk to friends
3. because it's what i've been using ever since halo1 came out (which defined console shooters)
i know you can use all these arguements for a pc, but i can also say that a xbox can do everything a pc does (including modding if you know enough). and yes i have played pc games before, and the only type of games i like more on pc's are the Tycoon series.
Not trying to start a internet figh, k:)

Personal prefrence, see comment above.
I like pc's, i just prefer the Xbox over everything, including other consoles, because it's what i've always used.  it's the only controller that feels right, k:)

 Definitely the PC.

The xbox version is great too, but aiming with a control stick is sometimes kinda hard, and there are no power hotkeys. It's kinda frustrating to have to go to the power wheel just to, let's say, use biotic throw (and I really don't need the power wheel to use throw efficently).

actually you can asign your biotic powers to tapping RB,LB, or Y; and your squadmates to right and left on the D-pad.

...why would anyone prefer the 360 version?
Remove the concept of different platforms and loyalty. Speaking about solely the game, the PC version is flat-out better. This is not personal preference, this is pure objective fact. Shorter load times, less texture pop-in, modding capabilities, power hotkeys, etc, etc. You can make all the arguments about 'the game feels better' or 'aiming with a controller is better', but mechanically, Mass Effect is far stronger on the PC.
If you're talking about ME2, the playing field is leveled extraordinarily, though the PC version has the advantage of scaling. Load times on the Normandy for the 360 can get ridiculous, I can load mine in a few moments. Plus, again, power hotkeys. I'm aware the 360 now has the option of assigning two of them from your power wheel, but on the PC, your options open dramatically.

You can asign 3 powers and 2 squad powers, which is enough for me.  and i agree you are the one person who actually has set up an arguement. ME1 is better on the pc, but it also came out after the xbox version, and ME2 is equal on both, it's just personal prefrence.
P.S. you can mod a 360, just not a simple as modding a pc.
