The helm of my PC is "Stuck" graphically on his head. I can change helms in the inventory slot, but the look does not change. Even in cut scenes when people normally have their helms off mine is on.

Any ideas? I even tried destroying the helm in question but no luck, it still looks like it is on my pc.

Happened to me too, just save and reload. That solved the problem for me.
