There should be a Grunt romance option, but you get a Critical Mission Failure at the end if you try to take it all the way (like Morinth).

Hmmm... barring the obvious villains and whatnot, yeah, sure I'll agree with The Uncanny on Conrad.
I'm not actually opposed necessarily to a Legion romance... I just don't see how that would work given the rather obvious differences in not just anatomy but psychology. EDI seems more compatible (if still weird) if for no other reason than the fact that she at least seems to have a personality that approaches human-like in nature.
