Lol. According to those two Krogan on the Citadel and the "poet" Krogan on Illium they get with Asari, so I can't see how a human would be much different. Then again I can't see why any non-Krogan would EVER be with a Krogan. Forget the pain, I couldn't get past the looks to even make it that far.

With the asari it's all about the mind sex though, right? So, getting your eternity embraced doesn't necessarily mean having to deal with... THAT.
