I put a High Dragon in my mod area and even though it is set to _hostile it doesn't inflict any damage.  Any suggestions?  It stands there and stomps around and lets you kill it without striking back.

I searched through the other topics and found other people having similar problems with High Dragons.  I'm still not sure why it isn't attacking but understand why it seems to stand around and not do much, no animations seem to exist for it to do more.
