 yesterday i was ready to face the high dragon outside the ruined temple..

 i travelled from the party camp to the ruined temple and from the ruined temple to the mountain top broken bridge..as soon as i exited the temple to the mountain top i found my character with extra xp...i exited mountain top to the temple again.and then once more i exited the temple to mountain top..my character's xp had increased again...u can do this unlimited times to increase ur xp..

its frustrating as it removes th fun from actually earning and toiling and grinding to level up...wats th point of earning free xp without actually doing anything?? i wanted to bring this to any of the developers notice so that they can fix this...my game was brought on steam and its up to date with wardens keep dlc, shale dlc and blood dragon armour..is this even going to be fixed??? thiz sux bad ...

GIVE US QUESTS TO INCREASE XP ..NOT GLITCHES..thanx (dragon age is a great game..please keep updating and fixing )

the thing is the glitch is there and it should be fixed..kinda removes th fun even if ur not exploiting the glitch..people work their way to increase their xp and playing with th fact tht thres a glitch out thre which gives u th easy way is difficult..."th glitch" laughs at me everytime i travel all th way across th map just to do one petty side quest to increase my xp...

th glitch says "fool do it th easy way ,jes come to mountain top "..

itz a test of character which i hav passed (offcourse it requires lot of will power and mana on my part not to exploit th glitch )....but it shud be fixed..

There's a bajillion more important glitches that still need to be dealt with first. But thanks for letting us know there's another way to glitch exp.

The Captain here ain't really providing any new information.  This one's been known for a good long time.  Here's some more for the curious:

To the OP: If it really bothers you so much, there is an unofficial fix mod for the mountaintop issue and numerous other bugs and exploits:

I told you already in another topic that you don't have to use it. You have to pass the door one time during the game.

Once again: If you don't want the exploit then don't use it  

There are a lot of bugs into the game which are more important.

@bfler-u hav to pass th door more than a few times if ur not able to defeat th high dragon at ur first try ......and every time i pass th door ..th glitch throws "impure" xp on me



@didymos1120-thre mayb millions of glitches but this is th one i hav come across...so i kno about it...and for all th glitches i dont kno about...well do me a favour...tell bioware about it..

One of the advantages of using a PC rather than a console is that I have not observed or been able to reproduce this behavior on 1.02a. Oh, I also have a caps lock key that works. Seriously, this is not the only exploit that still remains in the game. I would be very disappointed if it made the bar for the next update while more serious issues are left unaddressed.
