Does anyone else find it strange how we have to stay on topic in threads posted in the Off Topic boards? It seems contradictory to me. Just throwing it out there to see what you all think.

Of course not but that's not the point. sometimes the excuse is that we are no longer on topic but this is the off topic boards. Anyways, sometimes they let all kinds of spam go and then other times lock it down. It's really inconsistent which leads me to conclude it is some kind of moderator joke.randumb vanguard wrote...

That's how Woo rolls I guess. I mean, I can understand what you're trying to get at, but OT doesn't mean you can just go crazy.
I know some forums do let the OT go crazy, but I guess not here. It depends on your moderating style, I suppose?
