What would be the worst plot twist in ME3?

A holodeck like simulation or pre-me civilization visit would be a reasonable method of "time travel".

Yeah, I could just see it - the Reapers are "necessary" if we are allowed to progress without them coming and harvesting us every 50,000 years we would destroy the galaxy...oh please let this NOT be the ME3 twist. PLEASE!!!

But I got a bit freaked out by some of the last things that Harbinger was saying to Shepard as he ran away from the Collector Station - something along the lines of "you need us" or some such thing - that really makes me worried that Bioware will do something with that whole Reapers are "good" or at least Reapers are "necessary". They are sort of the Genophage for the entire galaxy.
