You can't form the whole bridge at once. You have to use 3 characters to form the bridge in pieces while one of your characters walks across.

you have to have a person on each side the tiles along the hole make pieces of the bridge pop up then you gotta have a person on both sides make the same piece appear that will make it a solid instead of a ghost piece then just repeat with the others

Trial and error.
Use 2 characters to get the first block, move the hero onto that block. Last party member makes the 2nd block. Move one of the first 2 characters to make the third... etc.
There always needs to be 2 people holding together the block your hero is on. The 3rd person can run around trying to create the next block in the series.

Solution is simple. First put all your characters to hold. Then get one to check all tiles, which platform that effects. Take some notes, then you only need to combine a little.
I guess they are uncover the same parts of the bridge all the time, so here it is: (Numbers are the blocks of the bridge, from the top to the bottom. You start in the bottom.)
(3) (3)
(1) (1, 2)
(1) (2, 3)
(4) (4)
(1) (3, 4)
(2) (2)
After one passed, the bridge turns to solid in all blocks.
