I am working on the mod "The Pearl Redone", recently my computer hard drive was dying and messed up everything. I have since gotten a new hard drive, new OS etc .. I was able to attach the old .mdf file to the new sql server. Everything is working fine but...All of my old data I worked on is blank and has a red dot by it. I don't know jack about SQL server stuff, but so far I am guessing that what I did was check out resources, worked on them.. exported them independent of resources and was distributing them to everyone via .cut and .cub files. However since they are basically blank I am assuming that because I didn't check them back in, the data was never saved to the server. I remember seeing all my scenes and conversations having a green check mark by them, course I had no clue what that meant at the time. Is the data completely gone at this point? Where does the toolset/sql server store the data when a user has a resource checked out?
definately learned a lot though, check stuff in and back up back up backup..

Well I can't figure out where the toolset saves a resource that is "checked out" to the user. Must be some SQL server admin mojo..
Although I did figure out how to do it if I am using Project Web Access..
