I have a Macbook, about two years old now, and I was wondering if anyone knows the minimum Video Card requirements for a Macbook to run this Character Creator, as I am going out to purchase one soon.

Interesting. Your question and comment were each somewhat unclear. You received no answer. Only some of the MacBook Pro machines, such as those with ATI's Radeon X1600 Pro, would be able to handle the game itself with minimum graphics. The rest are too low quality for anything other than low resolution screens.
The Character Creator requires the same (Dx9.0b) shaders as the game does.
The second of the unclear items was in regard to exactly what "one" item might be about to have been purchased, since the Character Creator itself is free.
