I've seen a few topics regarding the same problem, but none of them ever got resolved.

After you've sold the lyrium to Godwin, you need to report back to Rogek to complete the quest (Precious Metals) and get that extra cash. The problem is that Rogek is nowhere to be found. Not in Dust Town, nor in any other part of Orzammar. Don't know whether this is a bug or if I just haven't looked hard enough for him... If anyone knows where/how to find him, please respond.

He is usually right around the corner from where you initially meet him, he is kind of tucked away, but he should have a nice big quest arrow over his head if i remembr correctly.
