Leave it to Broadway, they'll make a cat musical out of it! One ending where either they all die or they all become friends 4evah

If being a Renegade turns out to trigger a bad ending in any way I will personally go to Canada and confiscate all their beer.

The game is obviously going towards a final showdown. If you save the Rachni, you get a blurb about a potential ally. If you save the Geth heretics you get a blurb about a potential, very powerful ally.
My guess is that Shepard is heading into Dark Space to set off a bomb and the Reapers try to escape while he arms it. The Citadel fleet, the Geth, the Quarians, the Krogan, and the Rachni, if you saved them, are all going to show up to halt their escape attempts and, as Anderson puts it, "Drive them back to dark space!"
ME3 is Shepard recruiting an army across the Galaxy, picking up new team mates along the way, while his allies work on getting a weapon into Dark Space. Sure it sounds a lot like ME2, but I really think most of the other alternatives are silly. There is going to have to be a Deus Ex Machina because the Reaper's are far more technologically advanced than us, and it would take a lot longer than a few years of working with Reaper tech for humanity to catch up.
P.S. Bioware. I love how much ass humanity kicks in your games. I'm half expecting to hear,
"Humanity! F*** yeah! We're gonna save, the motha fu**in day, yeah! Humanity! F*** yeah! Individuality is the only way yeah!"
during the ME3 credits.

I say that every night before I get into bed.
^ And yeah, I guess it probably will be a bomb. *sigh* I don't know. I felt like we've had so many bombs already... are they going to end it all with just another bomb? That again?
I guess that would be staying true to the style of the game...

Humanity destroys the reapers, but in doing so uses so much Reaper tech that they become the next generation of Reapers themselves. Turns out that's what the cycle really is.
Those two are at least interestingJankem-master wrote...
Sheppard find another alien race
from another galaxy that managed to travel through dark space and is a
descendant of the aliens that made the reapers and gives Sheppard a
device that can control/re-program the reapers, you can then choose to
use the reapers for whatever benefit you chose or destroy them. and
whatever you chose the game ends with the discovery of an element that
allows for dark space travel
.....just my 2 cents

How do you think Shepard will react when he finds out the aliens which could've stopped the genocide cycles at anytime were sitting on their asses waiting for him to come do it instead?

EDIT: On that note, no Dune ending? Shepard defeats Harbinger in combat and becomes Ruler of the galaxy?
On another thought Chronicles of Riddick totally rips off Dune I just realized.
