I know it is for biotics, but biotics get to have fun with the Meat Shield
Meat shield
Stage 1: Pick up a red bar enemy and use them as a mobile shield. Enemy has 50% health and your movement speed is reduced by 75%.
Stage 2: Enemy health is upped to 75%, -50% movement speed
Stage 3: Enemy health is upped to 100%, -25% movement speed
Stage 4: Soldiers: enemy health is upped to 150% and movement is not reduced
Techs: They can hurl a fiery carcus for AOE fire damage.
Biotics: They can hurl a carcus with biotics for damage and knock down.

Scatter Shot: Launches a bombardment of unstable warp fields at an area. 30 sec cooldown. (essentially warp detonations upon impact)



Stage 1: Launches 2 unstable warp fields. 100 damage each. Detonation radius: 3

Stage 2: Launches 3 unstable warp fields. 120 damage each. Detonation radius: 4

Stage 3: Launches 4 unstable warp fields. 140 damage each. Detonation radius: 5

Stage 4a: Launches 6 unstable warp fields. 140 damage each. Detonation radius: 5

Stage 4b: Launches 4 unstable warp fields. 160 damage each. Detonation radius: 7

Here are my two suggestions:



Adhesion: Target sticks to whatever it is touching or touches next. The limb that touches the other object/enemy is unusable for the duration of the effect. If it's a leg, then the target is immobile. If it's the gun arm, then no shooting. Target takes ragdoll damage while stuck. Step 4 Options could be area adhesion, painful adhesion, chain-reaction, or extended-duration adhesion. This could have hilarious consequences, like a chain of husks getting glued together and then thrown off a ledge, or a target getting stuck to the ceiling after an adhesion/slam combo.



Borrow: Steal an enemy's biotic or tech power for a limited time and use it. Facing an engineer? Steal his ability to throw combat drones and use it for yourself. Give that adept her singularity back. Level 4 could be extended duration or Backfire: An enemy's biotic/tech attacks are inflicted on himself for double damage.

I liked the idea from "review with prejudice." There could be a power in which you slowly turn an enemy inside-out over 5 minutes.

I wouldn't mind seeing something like player controlled telekinesis, a la Psi Ops on PS2 or the Force Unleashed. Maybe give it a brief period of activeness before it ends and triggers cooldowns, while allowing players to violently discard the enemy in any direction during its duration.

Repluse: the user unleashes a biotic powered punch to the ground which creates a shockwave that can knock over enemies and lifts them into the air for a short time, the user then finishes with an all encompasing wave of energy (like when morinth fights samara) that knocks all enemies flying



rank 1: wave power and area of effect increased by 15%

rank 2: wave power and area of effect increased by 30%

rank 3: wave power and area of effect increased by 45% + kills low ranking enemies within 3m

rank 4: evlove power

evolution 1: the waves power is increased to an unimaginable level: master repulse :wave power increased by 80%, area of effect increased by 15%

evolution 2: the wave now spins as it is unleashed to cause more close range damage: whirlwind repulse: wave power increased by 30% +kills all low and mid ranking enemies within 5m



recharge time 45 seconds.

Hmm.... How About:



Biotic Implosion.

Rapidly compresses Atmosphere/Gravity drawing Enemies into it.

Rank 1: Works Against Weakened or Unshielded Targets over 3 Metres

Rank 2: Works Against Weakened or Unshielded Targets over 4 Metres

Rank 3: Works against Most Shielded and Armoured Targets over 4 metres

Rank 4(a): Draws in all Targets over an 8 Metre Area and slams them into each other Doing Mild Damage too all of them.

Rank 4(B): The Rapid compression is so powerful that it Causes a Large Explosion Shortly after the Inital "Burst". The Implosion effects only a Small Area but the Explosive Effect is Deadly (Ala The "Kain" Heavy Weapon)

How about a power called Shun, which knocks over enemies that are too near Shepard. Think about it, a power that will knock away all those nasty husks that crowd around. As the power evolves, the knockdown radius extends outward, and the targets take more damage and/or remain prone for longer periods. It would be like an ammo power in that it is not targeted, but activated automatically centered on Shepard's location. Perhaps a target version could exist to knock enemies away from one of your squadmates.

A biotic version of tech armor...
By the way,hopefully they remove the nonsense that biotics dont work like intended on shielded/armored enemies.
