Since Mass Effect has a pretty good physics engine for deaths, I don't really get any combat ones to be honest, it's generally things that where intentionally put in by Bioware.

For me, i'd have to say in Mass Effect 2, whilst listening to the adverts. I loved them until I reached the masculinity enhancer "...so next time your out with Miss Zorah...." and my face dropped to something like this  , at which point I inappropriatly screamed "HOW THE **** DOES EVERYONE KNOW WHO I'VE BEEN WITH?!".

Anyway, enough of mine, how about yours?
Oh and, if this has been made before, blow this one out of the water if you see fit.

The beginning, obviously. Unlike others, i started my Mass Effect 2 knowing that Shepard can die during the game, i didn't know WHEN.



I was like: WTF?! I'm so bad that i died in the beginning? At first i thought that there was a choice where you can scape and let Joker die.

Anyway, off the top of my head, aside from numerous Renegade dialogue moments, probably what happens after that last drink at the Darkstar Lounge. Especially the Turian at the urinal.

Again the adverts on the citadel were hilarious such as 'you've recently been dead, don't you deserve the quality of a traditional Asari burial robe' that one had me in stitches and the Elcor Hamlet one too

These are my top 3:



-The stupid C-Sec checkpoint on the Citadel. How can they not know what a Geth looks like? Its been 2 years since the events happened in ME1 and we know that the Geth are seen in various places as told by Anderson.



-The default renegade beginning ME2 starts with if you don’t import your ME1 Shepard.



-More game design than in game event. The removal of the crouching had me yelling WTF!?

The Ending cutscene, I thouht to myself "Oh no! I have to face all of THEM?!?!? This will be fun....." and then the credits came...

There's this guy on Ilium. Real ass. Decided "Gods, I can't listen to anymore of this." Renegade interrupt appears. I thought "Sweet, I get to knock him out with my sidearm." Pull the trigger, Shepard proceeds to KICK THE GUY THROUGH THE WINDOW AND INTO FRAKKING SPACE.

Least Cerberus was trying to stop the Collectors, same can't be said for the council and the Alliance.

Ummm. My first playthrough was adept on insanity. The praetorian was like... uhhh.... wtf. I catch my feet on something for even a split second and you are dead.

i acidently put the people who were suppose to be in my main party to stay back and fight while me and my not so good (crappy) teamates fought the archdemon on nightmare difficulty, after about 3 trys, me not realizing my teamates were wrong, (long story) i was like wtf and my last save was like right before you start the part that leads up to the archedemon, so i was really made, i put the game on easy mode and beat it. >
