Edit to contribute: I'm trying to do something similar, like a "challenge mode" where I'm playing NG+ insanity solo with no powerups, bonus weapons, or bonus powers. On a vanguard. I imagine it'll be brutal, but first I have to actually be able to play solo...

Haha probably the most well-rounded player I've seen, kickin asses in all six classes. I wish you didn't cut down the fight with the Krogan in the elevator on your soldier one, I'd like to see how you took that guy down.
I just spammed him with Vindicator while running around the cover, IIRC.

but... which bonus weapon do you take usually?
I take ARs with adept and engineer, shotguns or Widow with infiltrator, Revenant or Widow with soldier and shotguns with sentinel. I don't really use bonus weapons with vanguards.

I'm not sure if my Coalesced and/or Gibbed is broken or it's incredibly late and I'm missing things, but I tried to mod the game to make sure I can play alone and 1) I can't find an option in Gibbed and 2) The Coalesced changes have had no effect. Is there something special I'm missing?
I'm on my laptop and I don't have ME2 installed so I can't tell you exactly where the "in squad" flags in Gibbed are. (And won't be able to play ME2 until about 5 weeks from now).
Did you edit coalesced manually by downloading Notepad++ and the ruby fix found in the link in the OP? I don't use Coalesced Editor so I can't say if that would work, I only edit it manually. If you replaced, say, "InSquadGarrus" and "InSquadGeth" with "InSquadBlah" and "InSquadBleh", respectively (and in the correct section), then chose Garrus and Legion as your squad mates, they shouldn't show up at all.

You mean almost all classes (there are 2 Infiltrator videos) but no Engineer.
Fights against very tough enemies are not fun (to watch) - its a matter of playing hide and seek. Only Vanguards can take on these enemies (they can take a Colossus head on)
@ Mx_CN3 : Just do what Cruc1al explains. I use the Notepad++ editor - find the InSquad[teammember] and change the name: InSquadGarrus - InSquadGary for example, save the coalesced.ini and use the fixer. When starting a new mission pick Garrus as teammate, but he won't show when starting the mission. Its pretty easy.
There are only a few missions that cannot be completed playing solo. You can do all the fights, but to end the mission you need squadies to trigger a cut scene or something.

Good to have you back Cruc1alwe are still waiting for the Engineer video ...
Thanks  I don't know about another video... might do it, might not do it; in any case it'll have to wait at least 5-6 weeks if not more.

Do you have the Kassa Locust from the Kasumi DLC?

People say it replaces assault rifle training, but I don't think it does. It's accurate alright but not as accurate as vindicator, and its damage per time out of cover is far from that of vindicator. Plus I actually prefer tempest, it's more SMG-ey.
Well apparently it was a problem with where I had my save. At the time I was at the beginning of Mordin's recruitment and neither a manual load or a mission restart would allow for it, so I went back to a Normandy autosave, saved the game, and loaded it again. When I went out to Omega, it worked fine.
