I just started playing again after taking a long break, i started a new game and now whenever i perform an action like fighting or trying to open a locked door 2-3 small random numbers appear over my head like 15, 15 or 7, 7, 7 and they stay over my head until i interact with somthing else such as looting a dead body or opening a menu. The glitch goes away if i turn off the tutorials from the options menu, but im just wondering if anyone knows what this is.

That sounds to me like debugging information... The sort that a developer would add for his/her own use and disable for the final release. I know I've done similar myself in games I've worked on.
