and perhaps a profile shot, as well.

I have not seen ANY person say anything about that, beside me. I have a personal feeling that the human noble is young and inexperienced. I get the personal feeling that he/she have not been in any real fights, only sparred with people in training. I have never seen anyone share this opinion I have. So I think you're wrong.Stippling wrote...
Probably because of the stigma attached to it where people believe Human Nobles must be inexperienced.

Personally I think anyone who limits their story to stereotypes is hurting their enjoyment of a fully realized character. What if the kid got the tattoo as a rebellious gesture towards their parents? Furthermore, the idea that the Human Noble is an inexperienced fighter seems kind of like a bad assumption. The warden is surprised that he can't go fight with the others. The warden is a skilled fighter who is the true person Duncan sought after.
Wow, that's... umm... quite the tangent there. No, actually experience has nothing to do with it. It's simply the fact that facial tats are extremely rare on humans in game, and non-existant on nobles altogether.Stippling wrote...

But isn't associating tattoos with experience a stereotype itself?Stippling wrote...
