@mochen Ah -yes I see what you mean. I want him to give a *piercing* gaze- but you are right. I will try a grey or blue texture. And the nose -- yep. will try this out later - thanks for the advice XD

@LadyAly Good job with Halim. I actually like his nose a a lot, the way that it is shaped gives him a particular appearanceto me. I too would suggest a different eye color/texture and maybe shrinking his corneas unless it was your intent for them to be big.

@Zeleen Nice work on your Dalish elves, Lirrikal is a beauty and well proportioned. I also think that particular tattoo pulls her look together. Love the gold color coordination with Tempest, it compliments her skin and makes her look elegant.

@Mochen Thanks and yes he is a dwarf, I took one look at that guy before I created my clone and said yes this guy is going to be a dwarf without any doubt lol. Choosing his head compatibility from human vs dwarf was almost one sided.

@szekeres2010 Good going with your Arcane warrior, the combination of the stubble with the tattoo gives him a strong appearance.

Here is my little Orlesian rogue Aubrey. She is a cutpurse, can talk her way out of almost any situation,  and is high maintinence( I guess Leliana has finally found a shopping buddy). Overall I would say she has something of a cheeky personality, a possible candidate as a tagteam partner for Morrigan to commence in teasing of Alistair.

Persephone's Skin/Make-up: I used Dracomies True Textures and a skin tint from CC's Extra tints. That's it for the skin mods though.

@ AvatarHunter: First, Troy = ADORABLE. Second, wow, you really captured David Gaider's likeness. I think you have some serious talent when it comes to making likenesses of actual people in DA. Third, I really like Aubrey. You did a wonderful job capturing that snarky Orlesian vibe! Poor Alistair T_T

@ Lady Aly: I think you did a great job capturing a "Whatever" look for Halim. He certainly does seem like he'd much rather crack someone's skull open with an axe than play political games

@ Zeleen: I like the changes you've made on Tempest. The color on her tattoo is very striking. Love it!

@ szekeres: I kind of like the soft skin on your mage...but I suppose I'd have to see a comparison to be sure Wonderful work!

I agree though with mochen - a tad more roughness couldn't harm

@Avatar Hunter Thanks about the comment - I have done this along with changing the eye texture and the nose i tweaked only a tiny bit.
Aubrey - wow = she is incredible, cheeky, clever and pretty. I would say this is the best design you made so far - !!

@Schratty thank you my dear - and yes - he thinks * kill first ask later * is a potent instrument to avoid further complications ;P

Okay - here is Halim with the Changes - for a compare the *old* Version is above the new.
I'm not sure if the blue/greyish eye color looks better - and the tweaked cornea is hardly to see ... o.O

@ mochen: Corinne is pretty bad ass. I like how she has a beautiful androgyny to her. I also dig her emaciated look...speaking of which, are you using a(n) body/armor mod?

I believe the red eyes comes from a mod I have installed. It makes her look unique. I need to find more face mods.

Earlier today around the time I posted Aubrey I thought about doing another sibling project like I did with Buccho and Vilma only this  time I aimed to give Mona an older sister. Her name is Maori and she is overprotective and practical whereas Mona is carefree and optimistic, tried to project that in their appearances.

I'm getting concerned that a Rugrat Rampage may not be in the future.  It's a shame... imho, one of the funnest things ya can do in a video game is to beat the snot outta lotsa bad guys with a Character that doesn't look like they even belong on a battlefield, like a Kid, for example.

szekeres2010: He's a very interesting kind a Character! He looks like he could be a Chasind Shaman! I agree, he would benefit from a more 'rugged' Skin Texture. He looks outdoorsy, so it doesn't make sense for him to look like he has a 'spoiled brat Human Noble' Skin. Oh, & please consider burning that Robe. The gals deserve their eye-candy, but that Robe is NOT the way to do it, it's too weird...

mochen: Corinne looks like Duncan recruited her straight outta Aeonar Prison! Now that I think of it... why wasn't there an Aeonar Prison Origin...? The Poster Character for this Origin could be Vin Diesel!

CoM Solaufein: I think the Nose Size, Nose Bridge, & Nose Tip need to be a bit bigger. If the Nose Size up makes the Nose go too low, then the Nose should be brought back up to compensate. The rest of her is awesome!

AvatarHunter: Maori's cool! This duo kinda gets me thinking of Dragon Quest 4's Maya & Meena. They too are a serious elder sister & a carefree younger sister!

I've been away for quite some time, I only just got back into Dragon Age but needless to say some very interesting stuff of late you all keep very busy.

@Everyone Who Responed to Arttis Sorry but you wasted your time, I've seen this guy around he's a troll and a moron nothing he's ever said has been of value to anyone in the world. I'd just ignore him and any of his pointless "challenges".

@Zeleen Your Elven designs are very good these days, on your Mage Tempest I'd lower the intensity of the tattoos though they are sort of distracting when they glow like that.

@AvatarHunter Aubrey is fantastic my favourite design you've ever done.

Anyway dispite updating my mod to my new designs I couldn't help but go back and redo one anyway my other Elf design was bugging me as I thought she was too dark and some features weren't quite right so I went back and overhauled the design again. Here's the latest version of Leelah Tabris:

Sorry i haven't had chance to comment on all these great chars, when i'm not working (for once!! -.-) i comment on all i can.

But i will comment on few that have blown me away.

@Schratty : must say Peresphone, i fell in love with her when i first saw her, she is amazing, and the extra effect you put with the change and back story, bravo, one thing i love is chars that have a back story to them, tho this is just my point of view (as i love to design female chars as you can tell) she is the best i seen from you, and really put a smile on my face, i think she's that good.

@Mochen : you are trully unreal, and some of your best design are harden chars, and corinne is another example of why your one of the best!

@AvatarHunter : Love Aubrey, i love red haired women (can tell from my avatar) and she just the type of girl with right colour hairstyle and look that says everything about her, wonderful!

@LadyAly : great dwarf you have, love it's style!

Been playing Elder Scrolls 4 when i do have free time, and been downloading some mods, mostly companions, two have given me a bit of inspiration from my next designs, so when i on my days off (not till wednesday >.<) i see if i can make them.

I'm new to this forum and have really enjoyed looking at all the creations.

I do have a question for anyone who's added freckles to their character. How do I do this in the toolset? I'd like to ramp up the cuteness factor on my elf mage, but I haven't been able to get the textures to show up. Ideally I'd like to create a .mor to use instead of having to start playing all over again.

@scampermax Adding freckles to a character isn't that hard. I'd recommend using these since they look the best and I've got experince in using them myself.

In this mod the Freckles are tattoo files and replacements by default, so instead of all the default tattoos everyone will have freckes and stuff. For obvious reasons this isn't exactly ideal so a simple solution is just to rename the files to something else that you can remember like uh_tat_Freckles and then just adding them via the toolset using the Tattoo Mask section in 02. Part Selection. If you don't put the uh_tat part or for whatever reason you can't find your freckle file just switch the filter from Head Tint Mask Files to All Tint Mask Files. Then you add and colour them like any other tattoo and remember you can add multiple channels in the toolset so you can have two channels on to have lots of Freckles on the nose but only a few under the eyes.

As for your little Elf mage, she is indeed very cute I'd maybe give her a little bit of the Mouth Corner Down/Up slider to make her look a bit more neutral or happy in expression and a little bit of Mouth Upper Lip Fat to give her lips a bit more symmetry. I'm sure she'll look ever cuter with Freckles though!

Alistair's inherited the Blood Dragon Plate. Salona's upgraded!

The Wade's Dragonbone Armor & Heavy Infantry Helm look good together! Though, i'm not sure, but there might be minor clipping between this Helm & the Armor. Still looks fashionable! Though I would re-tint it if I could, perhaps Shadow Black...

The only thing I would change on maori is her mouth. Looks for me a bit too narrowed and/or too puffy

@adneate I like her *cat* appearance very much. The freckles are awesome. I am a bit sad I can't use them yet - it would ruin NaChaya's Tattoo, ( my current playthrough and story with picture writing Char ). I tried it once and got a heart attack as I have seen the ruined face of NaChaya *lol*

@badboy - nice tattoos and fitting surely well the outfit - But I so hate this outfit *lol* The freckles still giving a sweet personal touch on her face - I think there is no tattoo needed.

@Petehog Interesting  scar texture - you made them ? Looks pretty bad ass.

Thanks for all the kind words and replies. Before I get to individual replies I want to mention which mods I used for Ren. I probably should've done that in my original post.



Pineappletree for hair and eye colors.

Pretty Faces by Saxony-Porcelain. A huge thank you for that. Ren started out life as female elf preset number 4. And thanks to the .mrh files I will have a good starting point when I recreate her in the tooset.

@adneate: Thanks for the link to the freckles and for the instructions on how to use them. Also, thanks for the suggestions for Ren. The current version of Ren that I posted is from the in game character creator, but I will keep your tips in mind when I recreate her in the toolset. My first attempt to create a character turned out to be a hideous beast so I appreciate any and all tips.



@Tyrax Lightning: Thanks for the compliment. One of the things I did for Ren was to make everything but her eyes and ears as small as I could. I basically took "elfin" to the extreme. Her nose is the tiniest nose I've ever made, one click over from the far left of the slider. I also added some cheek width and I'm pleased with how that came out. I was a little worried about getting a chipmunk cheek effect.



@LadyAly: Thank you. After seeing all the faces with freckles I felt that they would be the icing on the cake.
