Ok, one more design. It's an Alistair design that I threw away. But I decided to come back to it and renovate it a bit.

@AvatarHunter, Drachma looks very much the part of the big, burly viking with an epic beard. I find the robe quite fitting on him, even if I do normally find it somewhat silly. I think he looks like he'd chop down anyone who'd dare to mock his clothing!

@Schratty, Ramera has no time for foolish things like eating!

@Tyrax Lightning, Chase looks awesome! He's working that beard with style. ^^

@adneate, I like your version of Morrigan, she still looks like herself, but with improvements that's very becoming to her.

@Nowshin, I love the background story for Raelag and Alexi, and they both look great!

@LadyAly, hm, I always play my characters to the place I want to screenshot them from, hence the reason most of them are from early origin story or Ostagar.

@Petehog, that's as usual a very good design, not all that Alistair like, but still, he looks very good.

Darn stitches on my hand kept me up so I couldn't sleep last night, so I ended up making a dwarf commoner. I think this is my... second dwarf design, ever. I didn't want her to be ugly, nor all that pretty. She's sarcastic, fond of fighting and drinking, but not a complete drunk like her mother. I was very much inspired by the dwarf commoner wallpaper thing.

@adneate: I love your Morrigan. I've made a few slight changes to mine, but have been a bit leery of going too far because I do like the game's version in general. Same with Leliana.

@Nowshin: Very impressive. I personally prefer a slightly effiminate look on guys. It made making a male Shepard kind of a pain. If you ever released your Raelag as a Zevran replacement I might actually be able to convince one of my Wardens to romance him instead of Leliana.

@ adneate: Kudos on the new Morrigan design! She's definitely one of the better renditions I've seen. All your hard work on her definitely paid off, she still looks very Morrigan-y, but much much improved. So...you gonna put her up for download somewhere?

@ Nowshin: Wow! Raelag is an outstanding design. I especially love the screen of him with the "Alistair hair" and the earring. Excellent work!

@ Petehog: I saw older posts where you were working on Alistair, and I have to say, I liked what you came up with. Your renovation looks great...although, I'm not sure how I feel about that hair color, but that's just me being difficult Also, is that hairstyle still available somewhere?

@ Neveri: It's okay, food is for suckers anyhow... And just for the record, Birna = major WIN! Although, I happen to find her very pretty...maybe I just have lower standards, haha Love the quote you threw in as well. Awesome stuff.

@Adneate I've seen a lot of versions of Morrigan as I am sure everyone has and I will say yours is one of the closest to the vanilla version without her looking like a reflection of the designer's style. I like it

@Nowshin You did an exceptional job capturing the effeminate look that you were aiming for on both characters. They are well structured, proportioned, and I think you highlighted the softer features very well.

@Petehog That certainly is a different take on Alistair, it is actually very much it's own character. For those who aren't anal about their companions looking the way they were advertised that is a new take on Alistair.

@Neveri Well well now you're showing some love to dwarfs now, you have been very progressive as of late. Wonderful work with Birna, you left no room for error on her she is solid.

I was looking for a new theme to govern a couple of characters under and I came up with the idea of making two wardens that are survivors of the battle at Ostagar and made it to the north. For both of them my angle was to go for the distressed look of someone who has been through an ordeal yet still carry a hint of strength and desire to avenge fallen comrades. I also wanted a somewhat simple and natural look to them, I mean they both just survived a slaughter not spent a day at the spa so I tried to show that. This is Signy and Neilan.

@Neveri Your Dwarf looks very good I always find them a bit difficult myself, it seems really hard to get something unique but Dwarfy out of them.

@AvatarHunter You're Ostagar surviors look really cool, I like Neilan the most personally he's really well done.

Regarding the Morrigan I posted thanks everyone for the kind words, I was a bit hesitent to actually try doing this since I was playing to a bit of a tough crowd and coming in on an already crowded market so to speak. I don't know if I'm done yet since I'm still working on it with the Morrigan guys however at very least it feels like I'm on the right track. As for uploading it I'll have to see how I feel once I finish it, I'm sure if it works out I'll have no reservations letting others use it as well. I'll just show off two more pics one of the vanilla and one of Draft 5 so you can clearly see the difference between them.

The challenge was keeping the features they had flagged as critical to Morrigan's appearance while correcting the odd shapes the Morrigan unique shape slider gives to a morph. My style is sort of in there but I've forced it to corrective rather than creative.

@ adneate: The changes you've made are very subtle, but translate to a noticeable difference in the overall morph. I think my favorite tweaks were done to the nose, lips and jawline. It also looks like maybe you've made her eyes a tad bigger. Hard to tell for sure...but something definitely seems different. I think at this point, the only thing I could nitpick about is that there seems to be a little tooth showing. That's just me being anal retentive, though

@Schratty Yeah the eyes are just a little bit bigger BioWare had them at 0.22 small I changed it to only 0.15 small, the big change was the resizing of Morrigan's Cornea which was way too big in the vanilla version it was basically her entire eye. As for the lips you have sharp eyes they don't seal quite as perfectly as they used to, using the upper lip slider to balance the lips out made tiny gaps appear that you could just barely see teeth through. I'll work on that right away I'm sure I can seal them without any drastic measures.

I know how it feels to trip over, & confuse jargon, all too well. I have no memory for trivia or large numbers of facts.

I hope this means that Chase is a 1st Revision success! Maybe I have some power with Male Human Morphs. :happy:

Petehog: I apologize for the grief with Anri. I don't have any brains irl. Maybe I should quit posting her... & avoid Dalish Elf Morphs like Kryptonite.  (If anyone doesn't wanna quit seeing Anri, she can be found at my Picasa 3 Public Gallery.)

Birna looks better as the Dwarf Commoner Poster Girl than BioWare's Rendition! Though she could use some heavy blood splatter in that shot, as if she's saying her line after one of her victims tried to take her down before the surrender, & paid dearly... This would make her look more cutthroat!

AvatarHunter: Signy's Eyes look too small for her, but otherwise, she's awesome! She looks like a Chasind Wilder that tried & failed to defend her village from the Darkspawn & tried to avenge the horror at Ostagar, then got defeated there as well & barely escaped Ostagar with her life, & now lives with the horror of 2 massive Darkspawn slaughters in a short time! That's definitely gonna take it's toll, it would be no wonder if she would wanna become a Grey Warden after that! (Hey, this gets me thinking... I wonder if a Chasind Wilder Origin would have been awesome to implement as an alternative to the not provided Human Commoner Origin...? Then again, the Chasind Wilders might not have any Grey Warden Treaty... That could put a Lore damper on things.)

Neilan looks like he could be a surviving Ostagar Soldier or Lieutenant.

Anyway I think I might be done, this is Draft 6 of Morrigan with some of Schratty's advice and a few things I've heard in the Morrigan thread.





I can't think of much more to do with this morph, I think I fixed the problems with the original while staying as true as possible to the original design.

Aw, I've always been rather fond of Morri's eyeshadow. It gave me that 'Flemeth smashed my mirrors so I had to do it using my reflection in water' image.

@Petehog Indeed a different take on Alistair - he looks much stronger then the Original.
Its sad that this hairstyle is lost - it is awesome.

@Neveri AHA - dwarfs - and you did great. Birna is attractive and dangereous - her features maybe a tad to smooth for a Duster - I see you have added some nearly invisible scars. If htey would be a tad stronger maybe the Duster would comes out more.
But a very good take on a dwarf  either way. 

@AvatarHunter This two having a long, dusty and bloody road behind. You managed to gave both a look of traumatic happenings in the past, still hunting them both.
You are really a fantastic designer

Well - I tried  ( like Avatar Hunter ) something different.
This is *the Nameless One*. She lost all, especially her memorys - she hids herself away in the ruined temple. It looks like the Cultist got her in the fingers long years ago and she could escape - but who knows...
Rumors in Haven speaking of a demon like creature - hunting the people ...
No one has survived the encounter yet to tell outside ...

Given Zevran's penchant for boasting I would say a bit of a smirk would be most appropriate.

@LadyAly Freaky, that is one scary looking lady well done!

@YH Yvaine is really cool I can never get that hairstyle to work on my stuff, it seems to fit in my mind but then doesn't survive the transition to reality.

@Schratty I was between playthroughs and morphs that's why I decided to do that Morrigan morph in the first place.
