Speaking of Morrigan, I want a version of her that looks like her voice actor, hah.

Dwarf noble Raonar Aeducan is this little guy.

And a couple of elves I guess, mage and Dalish.

And, of course, a HNF that turned out strangely similar to Claudia Black... I think.

Fear not no criticize of course.

That being said, could you send me a link to the Morrigan discussion that you mentioned. I would very much like to see it as I feel it may have important information that may be helpful.
Yeah sure no problem it starts here http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/47/index/1798678/252 and keeps going till about 254 where Brockololly gives the final critique of Draft 6 (The version I stopped at) in general 253 is the main meat of the conversation where the critical aspects of Morrigan's look are outlined and why Victoria Jonhson shouldn't be used as a reference.
In general I don't like doing replacements since building for an established character is way harder then one that's a blank slate with only the bare minimums of predefined personality. Part of the reason I'm not thrilled about DA2 is that Hawke will have a voice, Cmdr. Shepard in Mass Effect suffers from this since he/she isn't really a blank slate and you don't have total control over them plus for the male Shepard BioWare has enforced a canonical look in all the marketing. Even with a female Shepard a certain look comes to mind when you hear Jennifer Hale talk and how others react to Cmdr. Shepard and ignoring that makes it look really odd in the game. Sorta like making Leliana look like a raven haired seductress and then hearing her giggle and tease Sten about being a "Soaf-tee".

Thank you for the link.
Here's my take on Claudia Black. I found a young picture of her via Google.

Shayle looks like a true lady of the stone.
Starlight: Many thanks for that! Though I don't particularly care much about the BioWare default heads, I might still give that a try! Maybe I can get some Toolset Force Powers experience outta it!
Heldenbrand: Looks respectably good!
Saerwen: Many thanks!
Alexandria's adorable! She looks like a sweet-hearted 18 year old!
Neveri: You think that's awkward? Ya shoulda seen Ghoulia's Wedding! (Or at least, attempted Wedding...)
Here's awkward!

Here's Ghoulia wanting a smoochie from her hubbie-to-be!
Raonar: Raonar's an interesting guy! He seems wise & smart. The kinda guy that always knows what to do & can seem to know everything!
The Mage looks ok, but he could easily pass for an npc.
The Dalish could use some wider Nose Bridge, then after that, he's alright.
The Human Noble Female looks like she could use a bit more wideness in the Nose Bridge & the Nostrils, then she's pretty!
AvatarHunter: Your Claudia Black Morrigan is hilarious!
Petehog: Your Claudia Black Morrigan is cute!

@Tyrax Lightning, I think anything around Ghoulia is somewhat awkward. I bet having Vaughn hit on her and all, Nelaros being all ''omg you're so pretty'' must have been hilarious. x)

@Heldenbrand, I prefer the second version, although I'd like him better if his beard was more or less the same colour as his hair, but that's a personal preference.

Heldenbrand: I would say Version 2. The Version 1 Hair is hard pressed trying to work well on any Character other than a future Bard, imho.
I decided to try Schratty's ideas for Garivik:
Garivik, V2.0:

Lowered the Brow, & increased the Eye Squint.

That description of the dwarf is like a summary of my fanfiction's main character (sig link), which is kind of good actually since it means I actually caught him well enough. That IS his portrait btw.
As for the elves, well, you know how hard it is to make them actually look non-repulsive.
@Neveri : Thanks, it's amazing what one can do with some chargen mods. And, of coure, I had to add the beard at the very last click in order to avoid facial resetting and inevitably having cheeks and mouth horrifyingly ugly..

@ Juleiila, it seems the screenshots of Azonia is bit dark. It is rather difficult to see her hair color. Maybe you will consider taking some brighter shots? For Desmond, I think overall he looks stern and serious. However, I think maybe a bit aged will make him looks better.
@ Neveri, from what I have seen (tattoo), Briar seems to be a rose with some sharply thorns...
The tattoo on the forehead of Ravna looks like she has been slapped by a hand who just touch charcoal. :-P
@ Zeleen, Syris looks good especially with that armor. Sort of some Dark Knight. Zeleen looks really good in Duncan's Armor.
@ Tyrax, Garivik is mean, mean dwarf. I will surely share my fist onto his face when I see him. :-P
@ Tyrax, Neveri, Maybe that somthing Nelaros sees in Ghoulia that he finds attractive. "Oh, I like your dark skin, what a beauty! Just like the roast I have eaten yesterday night!"
@ Peterhog, I like the clown. How could we get those sharply tooths?
@ LadyAly, the second verions of Rose-red is better. The hair seesms like fulfill the boyish description.
@ AvatarHunter, Zhora looks pretty. Though I have a feeling that she doesn't look harsh enough to match the story...
@ Y.H. Your Shayle has gone through a lot of fighting. Though in my imagaination she will be more tough and bitter.
@ Saerwen, Alexandria is pretty. The hair styles suit her as well.
@ Schratty, I have seen that Morrigan morph before! That's really interesting and people are more eager to slap her :-P
@ Raonar, the shots of Raonar are really nice! And he has some resemblance with that Bhelen.
For the elf, I prefer the Dalish one as the tattoo matchs the faical features which makes him looks being through a lot of hardship and believeable.
@ Helenbrand, I prefer the first version if the hair is much more messy. This will give him some rough appearance. However, as the hair is too tidy I think the second one will be better.
The following are some of my latest work:
Wulgus, he is a bit of Chasind Blood. So I try to put that over-grown beard onto this face. However, he still looks a bit soft. Any suggestion?
He is a child of a Chasind and a villager nearby the Korcari Wilds. He is raised in the Wilds. However, with the Darkspawn invasion he has been forced to flee the Wilds. Now he joins the army and hope to drive back the darkspawns away from his home land. With the hatred towards the darkspawn, he learn from the Ash warriors to harness the anger into the fight. This makes him more savage and dangerous.

This one is inspired by LadyAly. If there are Snow-White and Rose-Red, where is the evil queen?

The following are a pair of twin sisters, Anya and Ledia. I'm inspired by a beautiful lady I have seen in the office yesterday.

The close-up

Then it comes the elf warror, Seth.

And a young dwarf noble, Gawen. He is young and still naive. He is awaiting his first mission to venture into the deep road to fight the darkspawn.

dig to that birdlike nose
You gave the guys quite a task with this Claudia Black thing
Its interesting how AvatarHunter and Pethog taking it
@AvatarHunter Zhora is very humanlike, strong, erratic and dangereous - so she appears to me.
MMh.. I try to find anything to criticize on her - but oh well - she fits the description far to well
@Juleiila Desmond is a cool looking chap  ( bedeutet er sieht richtig cool aus )
@Petehog Well yes I agree to what you say - but there is a point between harsh and honest critic and insulting, unnecessary and unfair - right ?
I think Schratty and adneate bringing up also pretty good points.
I look at the comments *single* and take it as *single* cause I hat *dicks* like Schratty mentioned ladylike
@Y.H: Haven't thought about Shale as a dwarf - but honestly - your take on her looks pretty fitting *thumbs*
@Heldenbrand Interesting Male concepts you have here -
especially Wilheim - well if you want harmonic colors - I would simple change the haircolor if the beard is not possible.
@Saerwen Alexandria is gorgeous <3 I love the slight gothic touch. Very well done !
@Schratty ROFLMAO - this Morrigan mod is just *LOLZ*
@Raonar Your dwarf is cute, but this very bright eyes and the baby face skin disturbing me a little bit. Still cute as a doll in the second screenshot.
For the Mage Lower the eyes and brows - the face seems too long and well proportioned in my eyes
The Dalish - yes I agree with Tyrax - the nose bridge is too small
About the HNF - it is hard to say without a close up shot of her,
But all you made are good bases
@Tyrax I love - love -love Ghoulia:wizard: *snickers always if she sees this shot*
Garivik with the small changes looks good - very Tyrax stylish.
@Starlight well yes - I would suggest to lower his eyes, and move the corner of his mouth down. Wulgus looks also as he had eyeliner used around his eyes - maybe using another eye texture ?
The Evil Queen looks really Evil
Anya and Ledia are so pretty and beautiful - this is the best I have seen from you so far,
But Seth ---
For Gawen - mmhh . his mouth - I guess it is his mouth. Narrow them a bit and give him a tad fuller lips. And he has this look like Seth - but oh well if he is young maybe he hasn't learn to count yet. (( sorry no offence meant))
@mochen Gaspar is simple WOW - what a man ! Another Badass creation - with a lot of personality.
Noelle is a beauty - but I don't like the haircolor on her - I think a light brown would fit better. The color you used draws to much attention away from her features.
