 @Neveri Oh ho ho well look at what we have here! See now that wasn't as painful as you thought now was it? Lucas turned out really well, you had nothing to be worried about in all honesty. He is a good virile and manly design, I'd give you a round of applause if I had more hands. Lydia is like the icing on the cake, great idea to make Lucas a sibling and you weren't kidding when you said you like things to match because that is some crazy color coordination going on lol. Well I for one am throughly pleased at the turnout of your Lucas, well played

@Schratty Your Charlotte redesign is really nice! Only thing I can suggest might be to darken her lipstick just a little bit to more clearly set the lips apart from the skin tone. Other than that she's great, good stuff!

@AvatarHunter Love those three Dwarves you posted really interesting designs, and are you not using TMP's Dwarf Proportion fix? It's a must have!

@Neveri Your Chasind warrior is superb! Also I have to wonder as to where you got the Runic armour retex it's really neat.

Starlight: Rofl! Yes, Ghoulia does look like she makes 3rd degree burn victims feel lucky. I didn't 1/2 bake my screwing around on her.

Trust me, Garivik's too tough for mere fists. You might wanna bring some weapons to your fight against him!

Wulgus looks like a Mercenary Leader.

Tannar looks kinda like a human equivalent of Sandal. He looks very likable!

The Evil Queen looks cool! I bet Morrigan would be VERY interested in the spell that puts her part way through the floor!

Anya & Ledia are very cute!

Seth looks like a nice guy in a Warrior's job!

Gawen looks like the tough, yet jovial type!

Rodric's lookin great!

Naria's Nose is both too small & too high up. She's great otherwise.

Okay, I went digging at all of the versions of Morrigan I've made in the past....

and I found it interesting to see that when I did a search, nearly 149 items came out..

That's...a lot of versions...ha ha...

Time wasted well...?  ha ha.

Needless to say, I discovered that I actually made a Lore version of Morrigan a long time ago..in December. It was Morrigan Version 6. So I decided to go back and revamp it. :happy:

I added new textures and changed some things a bit . I came to a realization..that back then..I used to really suck at the toolset.  Ha ha...

The changes are very hard to see...they are a bit subtle..

@Eudaemonium  thanks for the comment - its not easy to stay close to a portrait. I realized the Toolset is lacking on a lot of subtle things  So I am glad to atleast somehow of close to them

With Kade and Torin you made two well designed elf males. The only thing which I noticed were the very pale skin on Kade - along with the deep shadows under his eyes - or is it the light in the screenshot ?

Ha ha. I think when I first read your posts, I thought you were in your 20's. I can't put it in words but..there's a lot of spark and energy in the way you write...

I knew for sure that you were a girl though. That for sure...I was certain of. As for me...I shall never reveal my identity. I gotta roll like Bruce Wayne.  But a lot of people at Dragon Age Nexus thought I was a girl.

Body scars! That's a good idea. I think I will do that....

@Adneate Thanks and I actually am using the female dwarf proportions, I had been waiting for it ever since I downloaded his other two proportion mods. I also agree it is a must have. Cute elf apprentice you have there also.

@LadyAly Lol no I meant the way your jawline is curved and more or less the exact shape of Neveri's lips. Not really small details so to speak but like that where you can see how accurate you were. I also made the shadowing under his eyes with the pale skin, I was attempting to make him look more like a killer and someone has lost sleep over it here and there.

His face seems a bit too soft looking for that...The lack of facial hair on male elves is one lore detail I

follow, so I may be a bit biased about this. Sorry.

@Mochen: Gaspar looks like a very strong and dangerous person, I love how you make characters seem so badass while all my ones end up looking like boyscouts Noelle is beautiful, but her face structure seems very familiar with... I don't know which, but to one of your older characters, I think.

@Neveri Maeba looks very nice ( Where is the tattoo on her forehead from?), and her backstory, whether lore
consistent or not, is interesting. I approve of the robe choices, too.Adalia is so adorable! :wub:I want to hug her and
carry around with me.Brunhild on the other hand, looks ready to kick some serious ass. Excellent job with her eyes and expression. Naja is a good counterpart to her sister, and looks very much the way you intended her to.
Lucas and Lydia do seem like siblings...eye color combination FTW! Lucas is pretty handsome, and Lydia has those beautiful,full lips you rock at making.

@Avatarhunter Hazel does seem quite humble, she strikes me as someone with a very pessimistic view in life for some reason.  And Iman is gorgeous :wub:and her tattoo looks great,lore friendliness be damned!
For Kimble and Baen I applaud you in your effort to show the dfference between circle mages and apostates, which you performed wonderfully at. <3Kimble looks like the adorable good boy with the perfect grades,while Baen has a dark and sexy feeling to him.  Kade and torin are one good looking pair of elves...and torin's expression is so sexy. :wub:
Again, your dwarfs look amazing with great expressions, I'm jealous. No need to comment on proportions and such,
your characters always look very realistic and well-proportioned so I'll stop mentioning that in every reply.

@Schratty : Charlotte is so beautiful! I agree with LadyAly about the lips, then again I have the same taste about

preference about lips as her.

@Just_Mike: Mhairi seems a bit starved Frankly, the main problem I had with Vanilla was her overlarge eyes, and I prefer her other features in vanilla. She's OK as a general HF morph, though.

@AvatarHunter, it was all kinds of painful! Or maybe not. I'm not sure if I'm going to go and make all that many males, though.But we'll see. And well, I actually found the armor before I made Lydia ^^;. But then again, pretty much all of my designs are colour coordinated to some degree. <.< I am glad you liked them, though. 

@megalust, ooh, I like Nuala, she looks adorable but deadly, and somewhat alien. I quite like your designs, they're very original and unusual.  

@adneate, Evelin looks very clever, and pretty. The dark eyeshadow makes her look mysterious, and it suits her quite well.

@Nowshin, hah, I'm not sure if a dwarf of any kind would take kindly to being carried around. I think Maeba's tattoo is from the wolf pack of face tattoos on dragonagenexus.
If nothing else, your pirate man does look sexy, although he could be the love child of Alistair and Anders.

I've decided I shall at least attempt one male of each race, so next up is an elf. All I wanted for him was to give him a look where he didn't look like he'd be lost without a pink tutu and a pair of fairy wings. At that at least I think I succeeded.
Background storywise, he's a thief, and a pretty darn good one at that, he's got a silver tongue and can talk himself out of most things, and if that should fail he'll happily stab you in the face. Looking at him now, he could be related to Ravna. Hah.

Yep, ya called me right, i'm a guy, though ya didn't call me right on my Screen Name Spelling. I know how it feels to do that, so I won't be a critic about it.

I think I would call ya as a guy. 1: Ya used a Male example of how ya wanna roll, & 2: Ya sound like ya might be annoyed at being called a Girl.  It would figure if I was wrong though, i'm not a tough bugger at judging character. But seriously, why would a gal wanna 'roll' like a guy if they're a gal, even if they're a tomboy? I guess I might find out if i've embarrassed myself or not.

Nowshin: Many thanks for the Ghoulia & Garivik praise!

For your Pirate, try using rougher Skin Textures, like perhaps blending the Dwarf Skin into your Texture. This should get him to look more weathered & grizzled. A rougher & more wild & rugged Hair may be an idea too, unless he's intended to be Orlesian.

@ Neveri, I like the concept of Adalia and Brunhild. The eyes of Adalia does look dreamy and innocent. Brunhild looks stern. Good job!

I like the tattoo of Naja! She looks fierce and harsh.

I like what the outlook of Lucas. He is handsome and adorable . However, I think the tattoo is too dominant in my taste. As you said, this is only the difference of tastes.

And why do I think of Morrigan when I see Lydia? Maybe because of her hair

@ Justmike, I think Mhairi is a bit too thin. How about widen the jaw?

@ AvatarHunter, Thank you. I like the personaility of Tanar. However, with the background story of Wulgus. I think it would be better to "harden" him. Thus I go with the spilt.

Kimble is a sauve, kind and somewhat a bit "soft" while Baen is more rough and wild. They really match the background of circle mage and apostate. Great!

Ruki, Gowan and Kaia are nice. They are not any stunning beautiful/handsome but they are ordinary dwarves which I think will be seeing everyday, if we do have dwarves.

Wow...how could you create so many morphs in such a short time! You are amazing! I envy you. Kade and Torin
are just two ordinary elves you won't pay too much attention until
there is a knife run through your gut from behind. They works for
assassians.

@ Schratty, I like the lips and eyes of Charlotte. She's beautiful! However, the armor doesn't match her. It just looks too dull...

@ Zeleen, thank you for your comments about the Seth, Wulgus, Tanar and Naria. For Naria, as I mentioned above, I try to make her a bit different to ordinary dwarf.

The eyes of Elvirah is seducing. Is that what she used to against human? In my opinion, will be it better to roughen her cheeks such that it can emphasize the hardship she has endured?

@ Siradix, same for me. I can never get the Soul Patch, Mustache and Pork Chops work on the elf, no matter how hard I try. Only stubbles work on them. WolfheartHU has released Got my hair - on my face which I think can add beards onto them now as they are the actually the tattoo mask.

@ Peterhog, the tattoo on the torso is really nice! Is it possible to work on something like this?


Do you mind me to ask how could you do it? As far as I know, all of the DDS textures in DA, no matter the bodies, armors, etc are only show half of the shapes. They then map the half into another half to complete the mapping. How could you just put the tattoo onto "one side" only?

Well, are you able to guess my gender?

@ Nowshin, thank you for your comments For the stubble on Seth, well, that's the difference between our preference. I find stubbles are rather sexy (except in the case of kissing?).

Well I see your point to make something different - and if you follow the thread you know I like to try different things.
BUT - there are racial specifics - In Nature there are some various type of each kind - but never completely different . I think to ignore racial facts its the wrong way for designing.

For Point 2 : NO - if you look at my pictures you can see what a mess of curls I have - there is no hairstyle which would fit. Only the two you  mentioned - and well yes - its not me nor my style Starlight.

@LadyAly, he does? Huh. Maybe it's the screenshots, I dunno. I don't think he looks sad, really. But if you find sadness in him, let's just pretend he's really a nice guy with lots of mushy feelings who really regrets what he does for a living.
