@ CdC: I agree with Nowshin, Navigan's face shape is exquisite
@ Nowshin: Haha, I just went back and re-read that portion...Can you tell I'm slightly dyslexic? ;P
An AU character...
Jardred
The second of two girls born of a drunk duster, Jardred spent all her life in the shadow of her pretty older sister. At an early age, she decided that if she could not be the fairest in all of Orzammar, she would be the most ruthless. The type of person who would kill a man just to watch him die, Jadred fit in well with Beraht's gang, while Rica, her sister, was forced into the role of a noble hunter. Enraged when she discovered Leske, her partner-in-crime and love interest, was having an affair with Rica, the ruthless duster murdered them in bed while they slept. Unfortunately, because her sister was courting a prince and therefore considered a major asset to Beraht, Jardred was beaten within an inch of her life by his thugs and left in the Deep Roads to die. There, she was captured by the Darkspawn and transformed into a hideous broodmother.

Let's start the trend of dark background stories!!!

Felix: He is the type of person who should never be allowed into civilized society, much less become the part of a holy order. He doesn't give a damn about the vow of chastity, and with every chance he pursues any woman unfortunate enough to capture his attention. Being quite experienced in fighting he is often sent out alone to hunt less dangerous apostates, and before he kills them (report says "resisting arrest") he never misses a chance to force himself on the poor immobalized women, and sometimes, men. Gregoir is often puzzled why the prisoners under Felix's watch are often so traumatized, and gave him warning to not abuse them physically which he seemed to obey. Of course, the injuries he caused were hardly in places people can see.
And yes, the scar on his cheek IS from the sharp nails of one of his desperate victims.

Anna: A kind and gentle young woman, Anna was brought to the circle from an abusive family and considers the tower her home. She is exceptionally talented at the creation school of magic, but she does not have the fighting spirit for learning destructive spells. Very naive and ignorant of the cruelties of the world, she is perfectly content to spend all her life learning and teaching at the circle. The most recent pretty woman to capture Felix's attention, she is very confused and scared at this moment, not knowing what the strange man wants from her.

This is what I'm working on right now. I don't think the designs are finished, but I thought I would post them anyway. There is definitely one extra thing I want to do with the qunari, but it's still in development.
The Ravager

and concept Morrigan.
EDIT: Just to be clear, before everyone starts bashing it, the design is not supposed to be actual Morrigan, just a new lady I decided to dress up like Morrigan for fun.

The concept morrigan doesn't look like morrigan at all, IMO. But she's beautiful.

Quite certain this will be my next ('perfect') playthrough: Luke Brosca the Rogue. He is a charmer and will try to make the best of every situation, causing the least harm possible. He does have a cynical view on life however (and humor). Probably due to his harsh upbringing in the lower reaches of the dwarven society. He will most probably take Alistair, Wynne and Leliana with him. Morrigan doesn't share his view on life and hell, they'll need a good healer. Alistair is a must since he is the other Warden and Leliana will be his LI. The tattoo is there for roleplaying reasons. I remember that the game used to tell you that every poor little dwarf has one of them. Do you guys think this design captures the benevolent dwarf kinda guy well

(Can't stand living without some facial hair. That's why I dropped the girly elven race.)

@Schratty First I want to say you came off as refreshingly original with a name like Jardred, definitely not a forgettable title to have. Second her appearance and her ghastly back story coincide like kindred spirits, love the darkened texture under her eyes too. It accentuates her hostile nature and adds to the downtrodden look that you would expect a duster to have. You also may or may not know that I love texture work so much praise to you for Soldeth's texturing. The force of the dark side is strong with you young miss.
@Nowshin Well now looks like you went and dug deep for a disturbing concept as well. For Felix I think the rapist who is in a position to abuse his authority and power over others makes for a strong character personality. It is something others are familiar with and therefor makes it easy to picture someone of that stature as far as mannerisms and speech. At least that's the way it is for me. Excellent job instilling Anna's eyes with naivety and innocence, she very much gives off the impression of someone who has lived a sheltered life and does not know that everyone cannot be trusted. I fear for her well-being
@Mochen Aside from the fact that you stated these are somewhat unfinished designs The Ravager is a painfully well composed piece. I said it before but you really just have to give credit to your shot location scouting ability, you have a photographer's sight and point of view which I think may be the sharpest weapon in your armory because that is not something that cannot be easily duplicated or imitated. Nice Morrigan concept too, it shares a familiarity to her original look but is more stylized.
@Luke Bioware Good, solid dwarf design you have there, he has look that meshes well with his surroundings and is well put together.
@Wlydsong Man what a absurdly maniacal facial expression on Cordawyr in that shot, nice timing on that one. The full face tat on Voran seems a bit excessive but that is strictly due to my preferences. I like the overall structure of his his face which is why, it seems a bit hidden underneath the tattoo.
@Chairon de Celeste Navigan is a very fun design. I like her vibrant and fantasy styled appearance.
@Everyone Be on the lookout, because if the rumor is true then a certain feline shall be out on the prowl once again after page 200 supposedly

Caladhiel: Sita I think is one of your best designs. She's a cutie, if a sad, depressed cutie
CdC: Tempest is kinda cool
LadyAly: might be the best duster chick I've seen
everyone: also, I've seen that dagger model ^ a lot, what is it? I'm mainly interested in any meshes, etc however.

I would definitely use that as Morrigan for a runthrough (or 4

About Meroka, well you have to remember she's Alistair's baby too, hence the niceness and the angst.
@Avatarhunter: I often find it hard to give critique about your designs since they are always of a constant, awesome quality.

@Nowshin - I did some tweaks on Voran. I went a little into the Loghain slider, not too much, because it started to distort the nose. I also lightned the tat just a tad so his features could be better viewed. Hopefully it worked out, but regardless I am done working on him for a bit. As for Hanifa and Ariadne, beautiful work on them.
@LadyAly - I have to agree with Pete on Ahab, one of your best, and I enjoy seeing screenshots of him. I am glad Cordawyr seems to make people giggle and some people get enjoyment out of seeing him. One day soon, I'll give him a playthrough and get some more screens of him.
@Chairon - Navigan is quite striking. Good stuff.
@Mochen - The Ravager looks sufficiently creepy and violent, and your lady in the Morrigan attire is quite lovely and arcane looking.
@Avatar - I redid Voran a little bit, and lightened the tat to give a better look at his features. As for Cordawyr, thanks. I am glad people seem to be enjoying him=) As for Gretchen and Luthor, good job at capturing that righteous idealist look. Zealots indeed.
If I missed anyone, I do apologize, but that was quite a bit material to look through!

@Nowshin Oh my you try to join the faction *lol* - well you made the story rather clear and both of the designs fit into this - I do hate this Felix Face only from looking on it
The link titled with mod leads to something strange - not to a armor
@Mochen Its simple incredible what you always tossing out here. The *Morrigan-Lady* is absolutely stunning and the Ravager is scary - excellent
@AvatarHunter Oh - Luthor is unique - and Gretchen too - along with the background they are again outstanding.
@Y.H. thanks
@Wyldsong XD I know - that's why I love my Ahab
Rastan is a good dwarf - even if I think his nose is a bot overdue - But this is an interesting tattoo
Against the trend I wasn't in the mood to make a dark character - So I made a new City Elf
Thoyan - he is a daydreamer, he has his head in the air and dreams about another life. Well this causes sometimes in accidents - and one of them caused the scar on his chin. Its not easy to be dreamy these days - and a overseen nail on a board he should transport to a house ... ouch.
Well have I said he dreams his life away ?

- Ithun is a cool design, I love the way you've complimented her green hair with that armour.
- Mar is pretty, she fits her background story very well, also, pink hair ftw!
- Hanifa looks badass, I absolutely dig the tattoo you used on her.
- Ariadne is pretty cool, the small beauty spot is quite fitting on her, so is the subtle tattoo. And, I love the shot of her in the white dress.
- Felix looks like a guy I'd love to punch in the face, to wipe that smug smile off his face. He does look cool though.
- Anna looks sweet and innocent, she looks like she adds a bit of sunshine wherever she goes, even in a dark and gloomy tower.
@AvatarHunter, lots of awesome designs, as always. And, congratulations on hitting the 100 mark!
- Joaquin looks cool, I'm digging that mustache on him. Also, the setting of the shot is perfect.
- Angus and Ezra, love the story behind them, and the fact that they're dwarves. The colours you've used on them both fits perfectly, and Ezra's black eye is a really nice touch to the design.
- Glenn and Abigale, he does look like his father, a handsome young elf to be sure. I really like his eyes. Abigale looks sweet and kind, very 'girl next door' pretty.
- Luthor, I could not help but notice he looks *very* much like an actor called Aaron Ashmore, did you use him as a reference or is it just random? In any case, he looks quite good, very.. zealous.
- Gretchen, even her name makes me think of someone very religious. The half open mouth is perfect on her, and so is the short and practical hair.
@Schratty, you're full of awesome, you know that?
- First of, the story behind Eliodora and Alexander, love it. And, they both look so.. perfect. Eliodora is stunning, even her name is really pretty. Alexander looks pretty darn good, somewhat sad but still very tough. Love them.
- Soldeth is way creeptastic, love the sad story behind him. I really like how you've managed to pull off that hair on a design like that, it actually suits him very well. Great work.
- Jardred has got to be one of my favourite designs from you, she's epic. So is her background story btw.
@mochen, Eldrick is.. yeah, scary. I'm going to guess he misplaced his sword in a few people. Awesome work with the skin textures.
- Finished or not, The Ravager is seriously badass and epic. The white tattoo is a really nice touch, and the setting is superb.
- I absolutely love your Morrigan lady, it's like you took Morrigan, boiled her down and made something stunning out of the essence. Also, love her nose.
@Caladhiel, as much as you want critique on Jasper, I really can't find anythint to pick on. He looks exactly as you've described him, even his name compliments his apperance. I'd say you're pretty darn good at making males tbh.
@Chairon de Celeste, quite a lot of cool designs from you, I quite like Lilith and Navigan, lovely ladies.
@Wyldsong, that shot of Cordawyr is really cool, he's really put his happy face on there.
- Voran is badass, especially his nose. I'm normally not fond of tattoo's that cover the face that much, but in his case it actually suits him.
- I quite like the looks of Rastan, the scarring you've added to him is neat.
@LadyAly, Ahab is so awesome!<3
- Thoyan does look like a dreamer, he's actually quite adorable. The scar is cool, where is that from?
