The Band of Tartis (The story is high inspired by magna, anime, fictions or uncountable source I can't remember)
The Band of Tartis is a newly formed mercenary team. Firstly they can only accept tasks like clearing rats in the cellar, fetch this, fetch that or delivering letters for the clients. When they are more experienced, they start to help chasing away the wolf pack. The most dangerous one they have encountered are killing a few of darkspawns. Currently it consist of six members:

Roneil (The left top corner) - Roneil, or Ron, is the team leader and the founding member of the band. He is born in a faming family. However, he thinks he is an adveuturous type person and famring is just too boring to him. Then he think of the idea of forming an mercenary band. Then he can gain wealth and fame through adventuring and completing tasks. He discuss this with his childhood friend, Kin, who also agrees to the idea. That's how the Band of Tartis is formed.
At first glance, he appears to be mature and charismatic. Actually, he is a bit out of mind. Sometimes the team members really want to read his min to see what really stored within...no...it should be better to stay away from it. Just Kin mention, "If he is seen from afar, he looks like a (would-be) hero. However, if you seen him in close distance, he is just a madman". However, when facing difficult situation, his leadship does help the team to go pass any dangerous situation which earns many trust from his team members.
Kin (The middle in first row) - The role of Kin is a bit complicated. He knows some basic dagger fighting, he is a herblist, he is the accountant of the team and he is a mage and healer - Yes, he is an apostae.
Kin born in a merchant family who lives in the same village as Ron. They become childhood friends, which Ron descripted as one of the best moment while Kin claims it is "a stain in his life". When Kin has shown his magical abilities, his family, while no willing to give their son away to the circle, recurited an apostate to teach him secretly. He only trusted the secret to Ron and the only response from Ron was "Wow, I like toads!" Kin signed, you can't expect much from Roneil. While in truth he was relieved that Ron didn't hate him or stay away from him.
When he reaches his adulthood, he can no longer hide his magical properties. In order not to bring trouble to his family and want to explore the outer world as well, he agrees to the suggestion of Ron to form a mercenary band. To avoiding suspection from Chantry or Templars, he usually wields two daggers as disguise.
He is the mastermind of the team. He also sensitive to numbers and money because of his family background. He can also be mockery at times.
Hengew (The top right corner) - Hengew, or Heng is the son of a tarven chef. When the Band of Tartis start recruiting people, he joins in and hope for some adventures. He appears to be very serious. In contrast, he is a softhearted person. He loves animals. He like paintings and drawing - Ron has requested Heng to draw several poritates of himself as he will eventually get "famous" later. He like cooking - which end up being the cook of the team as the cooking of the others are disastrous.
Rulf (The bottom left corner) - Rulf, or Ruffie is an orphan. He was adopted by a retire solider. However, his childhood wan't a happy one. His step-father is a drunkard. He forced Rulf to earn money for him to purchase ale. He beats him and even molest him when his is drunk and apologies when he is awaken. The cycle keeps going on and on until he has had enough. He leaves his step-father without turning back. When he is unsure about his future, he hears that there is a small mercenary band recuriting new members. That's how he joins in the band.
Because of the unhappy past, he seems a bit cold and distant because he doesn't know how to express himself. If you has earned his trust, he is a loyal and trusted friend.
Regon (The middle in second row) - Regon or Reg likes to read heroic stories when he was a child. He always dream of becoming a hero when he grows up. When he reaches his adulthood, he has heard there is a recruitment in a mercenary band. He takes it as a start of his adventure and he signs up.
He is a bit naive and like to day-dream all the time. If it doesn't affect the tasks, the others will let him be.
Morriana (The bottom right corner) - Morrianna, or Morrie, is a daughter of a minor lord. She doesn't want to accept the arranged marriage for her so she escapes from her family. In order to evade the searching from her family she takes on a fake name. She has heard the stories of two powerful female companions of the fable Grey Warden who defeated the Blight, Morrigan and Leliana. She merges the two names and take Morriana as the fake name.
She has been received professional training of sword-fight before which makes her the best figthers in the band. Ron has learnt a hard lesson because of that.
She initials join the band as disguise. After a while, she enjoys the friendly atmosphere within the team. She really want to stay in the team whole heartedly. However, she hesitates to tell them her true name and identity...

Some little facts of the band (You could ignore them if you don't want to read anymore)

- The team is just a new founded team and which doesn't have much money. They can only afford some bargained or second-handed armor for protection. When Roneil purchases an apparently beautiful armor which not only without any magical properties, but also expensive, the others are enraged.
Roneil: "I'm the team leader and I represent the impression of the team. I have to wear the best!"
Kin: "Fine. Your allowance will be halved starting from this month."
Roneil: "WHAT!!!" He murmur, "but you are the one who spend the most...."
--- Aftermath of a battle ----
Roneil: "Kin! I'm hurt! I need some healing!"
Kin: "Sorry, I have heard that someone mentioned that I spend a lot of money lately. I determined from now on, in order to save money, I will reduce the use of herbs and lyriums. I'm sure your wounds will heal...eventaully"
Roneil: "NO!!!!"
Rules 1: Don't question the accountant.Rules 2: Don't question the accountant, when he is also the only healer of the team.========================================================================
- Ruffie afraid to get hurt again. He stays a bit of distant from the others. He will stay this way if not for Heng. Heng's kindness and compassion has melt the ice and touched his heart. The other team members still doesn't know how they fall in love. It just happens. Well, they are young and healthy adults. Intimacy is unavoidable. The problem is, as a poor mercenary team, they don't have much money to sleep in tarven. That means they have to sleep in open area most of the time where there is no sound-proofing...
--- Another intimate night ---
The others: "Aren't you two enough! Don't you know the sound is so irriating! Make no further noise or be disallowed to share the tent for a month!"
Heng and Ruffie: "..."
Rule 3: Don't irritate the singles.========================================================================
- Morrie is the strongest warrior in the team. When she first sign-in for the team, Ron disbelives her skills and chanllenge her for a duel. He is defeated in a few seconds and stay depressed for a month.
Rule 4: Don't underestimate ladies.========================================================================
- When Reg see hows Morrie fights, his hearts beaten fiercely. That's her! She is his dreaming goddess! He starts to pursue of Morrie. However, Morrie isn't interested and declares she will only consider Reg until he can defeat her. Reg learns sword-skills crazily and wishes to earn his's goddess hand one day. He has been defeated more than 100 times and he still doens't give up. Now his sword skills is the second best in the team. Morrie is a bit amazed by his progress and, although she doesn't admit it, is touched a bit.
Rule 5: With determination, your goal will eventaully achieved. (Especially by a single-minded fool, added by Kin)========================================================================
- Heng and Ruffie has been quarreling for a few days. The meal in these days are disatrous: the stew is over-cooked, the lamb is too salty. The whole team lives like hell in the these days. They can't stand it anymore. They tell Heng in private that Ruffie is crying (Actually, it is because he has drunk the extra-spicy soup). Heng rush to Ruffie's side hurrily. With some comfortation and apologies, they reconcile again.
The other team members are relieved as the future is saved.
Rule 6: We will only find happiness (in meal) if the cook has found his happiness========================================================================
Rule 7: The power structure within the team:Kin (The account, the healer) > Heng (the cook) > Ruffie (The lover of Heng) > Morrie (The best figher) > Reg (The second best fighter) > RonConclusion: The leader is always the powerless one withint the team
