Thorben and Geniva are both nice dwarf design.

Findus is unnerving! Where do you get that texture? I have thought of several unnerving design from that texture.

Among the three characters I like Tenka and Seer. The scar gives Tenak a experienced and tired warrior. And I like your way to apply the texture onto Seer.

Schratty: Dolph's experssion, his scar, the wolf companion and the thorns-like armor form a harmony. It gives out a tough impression towards Dolph.

Roth looks serious. The choice of tattoo especially enhance that effect. Does that armor a retextured one?

Ella and Kyrilla are really scary. They looks like they have been beaten badly. I really like Felice and Danka as I appreciate tough-looking lady.

Among these characters I think Istrak and Szoral are most stand out to me. The scars on Szoral seems like they are still bleeding and painful.

Whitey looks old and wise. And just as tmp mentioned, the facial hair of the beard gives us the impression at least there are hair under the hood. I dislike the current model of hood, which does not show the hair as if the character is bald.

I really love how you design the drows. Valas is one of those nice design.

Lunanella: Scarlet is fabulous! I really like her red lips. They looks sexy.

Cely looks tough and weary. Sira...although her makeup is a crying face, she doesn't seem upset at all. The conflict between the makeup and her "true self" looks unnerving.

Starlight, thanks! If you are talking about the armor on page 314 it is an old one from the Phoenix Armory. Here is the link for it on the Nexus. I love it, and it comes in three different styles along w/daggers and bows.
