I've only had Dragon Age for a short while now, and I find the character creator very taxing. I suppose Sims and Elder Scrolls spoiled me, hehe. BUT, I finally managed to make some elves that I'm happy with.

Marrick
http://social.biowar...5441/180127.jpg
Dalish elf - Rogue. Also known as Zevran's boy toy. :3 When I first made him something didn't settle with me. Changed the eye texture and BAM! I'm in love. (Too bad he's taken, hehe.)

Edana
http://social.biowar...5441/180126.jpg
City Elf - Warrior. She's a bit broody, and self-conscious about the scar the guards have her. Hard to warm up to, but she really does care about her friends. Kinda cold to Alistair, though. We'll see where this goes. :D

My first two really good faces. Please - any and all critiques welcome! After staring at these faces for hours on end, I could use some second opinions.

EDIT: Darn, can't seem to insert images...

To insert images, simply put [ img ] before and [ /img ] after (without the spaces).  So, to use your Edana example:

[ img ] http://social.biowar...5441/180126.jpg [ /img ]  *WITHOUT THE SPACES* would produce:

EDIT:

That's really odd, because I didn't change anything about your post when I quoted it, except click the BBCode button twice to check your post, and suddenly *voila* your picture appeared.  Maybe before you post, click the BBCode twice and see if the picture appears in your preview?  *shrug*

Like I said above, try it again, but this time click BBCode twice to preview the picture.  For some reason, that worked for me.

@AmbraAlhambra - Wow! Their eyes are so enchanting. :3 I like her with the hairstyle in the second pic the best. It suites her.

@Luxwing:
Edana is absolutely great, the description and the looks match perfectly. She really is a cold beauty.
I don't know which eye texture you used before, but Marrick has amazing eyes now. He looks very young and maybe a bit naive, like a dalish probably would who grew up isolated from the outside world.

@AmbraAlhambra:
Brenna is very pretty. There is nothing else to say. she is very pretty :)
I have to agree with Luxwing the eyes are very enchanting.

Thank you mochen!

I love your work. I'm new to DAO and toolset so my stuff is not nearly as good.

@fmorgana:
I have no interpretation of Triss. I'm slightly confused now, but Trine is an elf. :huh:
Your lady looks good, I'd say she makes for an excellent warrior. If she was blonde she'd look like I picture Brienne of Tarth from a "Song of ice and fire".

@Saerwen:
Wow, your dwarven lady looks great. A very cunning rogue probably.

I had a busy week and weekend, so not much time for PC and toolset stuff.

I decided to take a peek in this thread and my mouth just fell open from seeing all those gorgeous characters. I am completely stunned. I've only used hair mods so far, but I suppose I have to figure out how to use the toolset after all now that I've seen this. xD

Beautiful work everyone! Really. It's funny to see all those hairstyles from the Sims 2 appear in DA now, haha.
