Thank you. Your advice sounds great I'll definitly try it, I couln't find the right eye colour so I choose something dark (almost never wrong )

Well, I have tried another one. An elven mage, Ilythia:







Sorry, still not very able to get a proper in-game screenie. Plus, she is currently in the Fade, which had strange lighting and all. 

I did have trouble to get this hair in the toolset, as in, I could not get it. It's of the witcher 2 aesthetics set, and the hair appears in character creation, but I can't find the file in the toolset. The other Tris hair is available via the toolset, so I don't know what's the problem with this one.

I've been having trouble finding that hair too, mind you I have so many custom hairs now that it takes forever to find what i'm looking for regardless. Next time I find that hair, i'll tell you what it's name is
As for your elf, her eyes seem to slant almost too much. But she definitely has the look of one who has seen much, and isn't scared easily.

Alright, here's my newest girl, Lillah, a human noble. For some reason my humans always look the same o.o I also forgot to put my graphics settings back up, so graphics and textures were still at medium when I took this




I've also been working on a Dalish male. Trying to make a tough looking male elf is hard. Still not happy with him, but out of ideas of what to do.

The odd thing is, I've looked up the readme and it says what the file name should be: "ef_har_triss_0". I have copied the name and searched for it, but no match. It should be right before the other Triss hair, "ef_har_triss2_0". That one does show up. Very strange, especially because it does appear in the character creation. 
About the eyes of my elf: yes, they suddenly looked a bit weird and more extreme in the cutscene than in my toolset. 




About your tough Dalis elf: I think maybe he needs a harsher face... More angular, less cheeks perhaps? He does look cute, but more human boy cute. 
Lol, dunno if that will be useful for you. I know it's hard. I tried a Dalish male myself and am not entirely satisfied.
I think he looks good from the side, but in the front not so much.

He does look rather human doesn't he? And about the eyes, i had that happen to a human with more slanted eyes before, I think it's from turning them into a preset rather than using the face replacer.


I've finally decided it's time I beat DA2 instead of starting new DAO games multiple times. I don't know what it is about 2, but I keep going half way in then moving on to something else. I have 4 characters all around the same part in the story lol. When Inspiration finally hits me again i'll work on my elf again in the toolset, till then, I will live without mods for my xbox copy of DA2. Maybe when I get a better computer i'll upgrade to PC version so I can rid myself of those evil spiders >.> And maybe even have a Hawke that doesn't look the same no matter what I do in CC >.>

wow - everyone has been busy - I down loaded some of the new hairstyles (as I have been lurking to keep updated) and gave Alistair a new look (he had the "witcher's long hair previously)

Wow, Ilythia looks really cool. The witch scar fits perfectly and, at least, I am immediatly started thinking about her history and who carved "witch" into her cheek and why. Amazing character.

You dalish male has something wild about him. I really like his eyes.

About the Triss hair from the witcher mod: Did you install "Witcher Aesthetics - Override" or the "Witcher Aesthetics", because in order to access the hair in the toolset you need to have it in the override folder and not to install it as a dazip, I think. so if you download the "Witcher Aesthetics - Override" and put it in your override folder the hair should show up in the toolset.

Lillah is lovely, she looks like a bit cocky maybe a bit mischievous.
You dalish looks good, he is young with thte smooth, perfect elven complexion. If you want him tough, baybe you could try blending the current texture with the uh_hed_masa_0d texture or a scar, this might make him look a bit older.

Your mage is amazing. I think she would make for an excellent mentor, because she looks so calm, kind and understanding.
That girl (version 2) looks great. Strong warrior with I'd say a kind heart, quite pretty without being unrealistically beautiful.
