@ Saerwan - this may occur simply because the toolset installs a database, which is a service that starts automatically when you start the computer. If you have too many things trying to start all at once when you start your computer, this can cause a slow startup. Use the Windows tool 'msconfig' (click start, run, type msconfig and click OK) and then go to the Startup tab and look at it. Everything whose box is checked is starting when you start your computer. The more you have, the longer it takes to start up. I've seen up to 100 o.O things in this list, but you should always try to keep in under 20, honestly. Just like everything else, though, be careful what you disable, if you choose to alter it.

@ Zeleen - thanks! I love Shiara, and I love the fact that in the toolset you can use two colors on the Dalish tattoos. It makes some of them look so much better!

A new creation, though this one is for an RP rather than the actual game:



In the RP game, she's a half-elf Dalish mage dedicated to Dirthamen. That's why she looks human with a modified Dalish tattoo.

@ Zeleen, Jill & Blazo - thanks! Mystic is a bit of what I was going for, and delicate works since she's supposed to be half-elf, so yay!

@ Zeleen - I love using lavender for color highlights on characters, so I love Karian. But she looks like she's got spirit, too (useful for a City Elf, no?)

and Karian pulled her hair out of her eyes - she's toughened up after her affair at the alienage.. more determined than ever... and so far Duncan is the only human she trusts..


@Blaze - thank you, yes and she is "cheeky" in character as well
@tklivory - lovey combo of dark and light with Isabeau love the deep, deep blue eyes
@ renjility - your dwarf certainly looks fierce but, me thinks there is a "soft" heart there as well - she looks very determined.

@ Zeleen - I wish the lighting for the Dalish origin was better in-game. Nice pictures of Willow at Ostagar! And the hairstyle change suits Karian, given the events she went through.

I love your dwarfs but, especially Kethry Aeducan: and I hope you don't mind but she has inspired me ....

edit: got home ... and gave Bianca a new hairstyle...  I couldn't find the one you have on Kethry but, it reminded me that there are a lot of new styles for dwarves... 
So new Bianca... she has hope and more confidence now...

Also, FYI: the hair that Kethry is using is from the Witcher 2 for DA mod, not part of a standard hair mod, so it is easy to overlook if looking for hair mods alone.

Huh, that's also where I got Mriske's hair. There's some good hair in that mod!

 @Zeleen--I'm not familiar with that source; does it use custom parts? I made a special set of teeth and a custom hair tint for the Leliana above.

@Zeleen & Huntress--The UDK is mostly a drag/drop utility, but it doesn't work with all equipment; and you may have issues with it if you're using a downloaded version of Dragon Age.

The maker of the Phoenix Armory has a special UDK set of dyes for that armor. I'd recommend checking it out (it's listed under the optional files for the mod) and she has instructions on how to install her custom dyes. Once you've installed the UDK and the custom tints, the UDK is just an item in your inventory that you use, like a potion.

Some amazing characters on here, as always  My favourites on this page being Willow, Mika & Denna - all three being truly stunning and unique!

Here's an amendment to a character I created a while ago but was never happy with. Let me know what you think of the newer version...

This was the old Kerenza, she's supposed to be all sweet & innocent, like pink candyfloss on the outside, but underneath is a cunning, sneaky, stabbity rogue...& like a bard she's a bit of a seductress as well.



I wasn't happy with the eyebrows & hair, so tried a makeover:
