Amazing how well that hairstyle works with black hair... Definitely wanting to experiment with that on a later character...
A spread of my last character- lots of fun playing him... I was trying to make him look very dwarven and very regal- whatever that actually is- and it did feel like it. He has a sort of proud lion look about him...

I'd suggest simply quoting a post that has a photo in order to see the structure, but the image is in image form even in the quote, so...

So, you just toss this erf file in override and use console runscript give_tallis?
Thank you

Yes, toss the .erf file in your override folder, and type in give_tallis when you get in game. Shouldn't be more to it than that.

Did anyone notice the upper arms of character when you use the Tallis armor? On my char upper arms look distorted.
I can't remember if it distorted on my character, but it is a beta release so probably has a bunch of issues.

I have yet to play a dwarf, I have to do it to see the stories, but always end up en elf or human. My son told me the Dwarf origins are the best stories.

This is something I was messing around with.

These are old designs I tweaked slightly coz I don't have much new stuff to show thesedays.

You really miss out on a lot if you don't play a dwarf, but you just have to prepare yourself to play someone who isn't wrapped up in any way with anything happening on the surface- i.e., a foreigner in surface lands. But the Orzammar Warden Treaty is definitely the longest to obtain, so you end up with a lot of new dialog and experience by returning there as a dwarf, not to mention the fun origins. The DN is like the HN- a royal heir who gets forced on the road- and the DC is a great underdog. The f!DN has a special romance as well, not to mention an extra 20sov if you play it right.
Plus female dwarves look fabulous in DAO (IMHO) and they're the most fun to see besting ogres and dragons due to their size- like Samwise Gamgee taking on the giant spider to save Frodo. Dwarves are very underestimated, but then again it's only in DAO that I've ever seen dwarf women look good, much less downright gorgeous. This is a few of my Kruklya Brosca:

I like your Dalish elf though, particularly the freckles. I just recently discovered what a difference skin textures can make over the usual lot. I was just experimenting with a new f!DN and used one of fmorgana's textures ok. I was going for intense character over gorgeous though, the first girl character I've done without resorting to makeup...

You and my son talked me into it. After I finish Awakening this time, I'll start a new game as a female Dwarf.
Thank you!
