@LadyAly Really amazing job on Isilwen and personally i think the sexy armor suits her quite nicely though i doubt i'd ever use it.

@FreemanPhD: I get what you mean. i tried my characters in other uniform colors only the red uniform color worked. Your also right about the light skin color. I tried it other skin tones and it wasn't good. I guess i like red-haired elves with red make up,with red.... etc. I'll try using color combinations in the future.



Anyway, the tattoo combination and color intensity on Liam Cousland is really good.

As for the size, I think it's just the angle of that first shot. I was thinking the same thing when I posted it earlier .

She doesn't look that way in game, and I only shortened her chin by one " click " during creation.

Let me see if I can pull off a better profile shot for ya.

It's the armor that creates that effect. The shoulderpads give her very wide shoulders, which makes the head smaller and disproportionate. It's one of the things I like about the Blade Dancer armor, no shoulderpads.

Although I'd admit the BD armor looks more like a string bikini than combat armor. Especially the default look which looks quite painful. And I don't see how the 2 leather straps prevents her chest from flying out of her armor.

I made my Leliana with a smaller face, intentionally. Her voice to me is that of a smaller, younger person, which makes her come to life. The default face just seems "off" to me. It's rare that I notice my characters' faces in combat or exploring, so it's only in dialogue that I see the face, which most of the time is from the neck or shoulders up. In which case her smaller face is not noticeably disproportionate to the size of her body.

I know what I like, in a female face. If I tried to appease every comment about how the eyes are too big, the neck is too small, or maybe the mouth is too small, I'd go nuts. And the funny thing is, there will always be some people that will then complain that the original version was better. LOL.

I agree, sorry if you took my comment the wrong way. I assumed you wanted feedback on the design.

LOL! Sorry I didn't think that people would take this the wrong way. I'm not offended, this was not something I said to defend myself, or to be argumentative. I've just seen these kinds of comments here and on DA Nexus, and the author trying to appease them.

@Mochen, your morphs have a very natural and life-like appearance. It really shows me just how far I have to go before I can master the toolset to create something I really like. As it is, I'm always finding flaw with my morphs, and just can't seem to get the look I want.

I think the biggest problem is people's ability to convey their idea of beauty. It's like music, if the sound is off just a little, it ruins the entire song, and draws all the attention to that one flaw.

As for the anime look, I never realized it could be interpreted that way. Her face is small and the camera focus seems to affect the size of them, depending on the distance. Further away my human morph has bigger eyes (they're big, but proportionate to her face) than Leliana, and Leliana looks like she has small or perhaps "average" sized eyes.

When I read that post right before going to sleep last night I actually IRL Facepalmed myself so hard that my boyfriend got worried xD Of course you can do that! I use stuff like renaming files all the time and I still didn't think of that. I feel soooo stupid!

I don't really agree there Facial Structure IS hard in DAO since it's all screwed up xD
Trying to ignore that the characters seem to have stepped out before dressing, they look awesome :3

That Leliana is cute too, but I think she's lacking a little jaw, and she's a bit too young for my taste. As said, extremely cute tho O:

Sadly you're right. Angle and such would be wonderful to be able to tweak and no we can't AFAIK.

In the last pic, the hair actually fits him and he looks awesome, in the other pics I can't see beyond the unnatural look of that haistyle It's so damn static.

Haha, identical? Oo My biggest problem with the original was the clipping ear/hair. THAT must be noticable at least? Also the very sharp face, so I made his features just a tad bit more like I wanted them. You can see that on his left side. From the eye to the chin. That line has a completely different structure :3
I find that easy to see... but I'm the one who made the changes after all.
I wonder if I can figure out how to create a switching .gif file of those 2 pics... changes should be very noticable if I can do that.

Overall Bryce is very well made, and my remake mod will have sliiiight changes to the NPCs so that I can tweak small faults but still keep the hawk noses, the odd chins or anything else that I see as characteristic. Just a little more harmony but basically not very noticable. I'm not aiming to make a mod where people will go "Oh, that's completely changed" or "She didn't look like that in the original game". More of a mod that will remove the stuff that BOTHERS me about the chars, but keep them lore-friendly. Exceptions are the party-members.

@Mlai - Those aren't the body mods doing that, it's the armor itself. A nude mod doesn't alther the armor, it just alters what you see when you take the armor off. The enlarged chest area is just part of their chosen armor design.



@Virus - I'll be downloading the mod with Morr and trying it out shortly. I'll let you know how it goes.

I just stated that :3 The ears/hair-clipping bothered me, and so did the puffy cheeks... or whatever we should call it. I just feel the new design is more... in harmony so to speak. I'm aiming to make those kind of changes to every char in the game. If people rather use some other complete redesign or none at all doesn't matter too much to me. I do this for my own perfect playthrough and just figured I could drop the mod out too.
