As for Bryce - yep - this small changes are exactly the ones which bothered me always  Well done 

@Suicider11 She has delicate features - I think the red Tattoos just a bit too much for the small face.

@bandy1 A cute Char - but her breasts  are  enormously - is that really only the armor ?

@Orion 113 I can see Jessica Alba - good work - beside they are half naked.
Leliana is not my cup of tea, even she looks sweet - for sure damn good work - just I can't imagine Leliana on her.

@Forlorn Both are awesome really ! I never thought that hairstyle can work on a male Char  
About the armor - this *Velanna style armor* shows nearly more boobs then the one from TnT  

Again I wish I could use Toolset, maybe I give the damn thing another shot after my return mid June.

@alsiony OH - I like her. Unique and unusual - have you made her with the Toolset ?
Ah - I guess I will miss ya all - even if Vacation is a wonderful thing

I post what I think are good designs, and get a few core people that'll comment, and remain fairly ignored by others, as they comment on other designs. I just try and shrug it off, and just do what I do, because I like contributing, regardless of comments. Keep up the good work, and keep up with the sharing.

Haha, identical? Oo My biggest problem with the original was the clipping ear/hair. THAT must be noticable at least? Also the very sharp face, so I made his features just a tad bit more like I wanted them. You can see that on his left side. From the eye to the chin. That line has a completely different structure :3
I find that easy to see... but I'm the one who made the changes after all.
I wonder if I can figure out how to create a switching .gif file of those 2 pics... changes should be very noticable if I can do that.

Overall Bryce is very well made, and my remake mod will have sliiiight changes to the NPCs so that I can tweak small faults but still keep the hawk noses, the odd chins or anything else that I see as characteristic. Just a little more harmony but basically not very noticable. I'm not aiming to make a mod where people will go "Oh, that's completely changed" or "She didn't look like that in the original game". More of a mod that will remove the stuff that BOTHERS me about the chars, but keep them lore-friendly. Exceptions are the party-members.

Fair enough, you changed it slightly. Bryce Cousland doesn't excatly have a lot of air time in the game, and the changes you made are so minor, personally I don't think it was worth the effort. IN MY OPINION you haven't chaged or improved the morph enough for me to install the mod. But I guess he is a difficult char to redesign so kudos for the attempt.

Well, I'm not making a mod for Bryce Cousland Oo
I just remake them in the order I meet them and Bryce/Howe is the first ones I saw in the game since I started with the Human Noble.
I'm making a mod where I will remake ALL the characters that bothers me. Even if they are seen as ambient guys in the background in a city or something. If they bother me, I will change them.

I just find big boobs on thin bodies to be very unattractive. Small boobs are much better, especially on an elf.

yeah on this I agree - and honestly - you all convinced me now to change back ... No sexyness will kill the archdemon - ;P
She is looking more fragile in the normal Shadow warden - so I guess it was only a temporary change 
I compared both to see the size of her boobs and hell yeah - I don't like it - but its true

It is the armor for the most part, but I think it may have something to do with the way I'm taking the ss as well. I've been running her up next to a solid object ( the poles around the market in that particular instance ) and then panning the camera around for a close up. Seems to screw with the proportions of her body a bit. I didn't even know how to take ss until late in my first playthrough unfortunately, so those are all I have .

The elf pics I took during certain cutscenes, and they seem to be much more representative to what the character actually looks like in normal play.

@ Pastybuns - The name...which actually took me a little over an hour to think up, was inspired by the "ye olde daye" names some of the characters have, so I wanted something to match. In the end, I was all like "Hey, Liam Neeson is awesome." And the meaning of the name: Will, or Protector, fits his character. And thus, Liam Cousland was born.

@ Mlai00 - Well of course he went streaking after saving Anora, he wanted to see if he could put his newfound immunity to good use! Unfortunately Anora was less than amused. No clue as to why Alistair was put in the cell with him...or why all the female nobles are watching, but I'm sure there's a perfectly good explanation.

@ Forlorn - That mage looks really hardcore, I love his look. Like he's had more than a few run-ins with the Fade. If only that hairstyle looked more natural (Which is something I've been campaigning for over at the Nexus). And that female mage looks so exotic, it's great. But let's zoom in on those faces a bit more yeah? (Easiest way to do with is to lean against a wall and twist the camera.

@Caladhiel - I really like angular faces haha. But I also wanted to give him a look, like he wouldn't seem out of place in a circle of nobles (sans scars, tattoo, and permastubble).

@ Lady Aly - I love it when a lady's dressed up for serious business darkspawn skilling. And that is one thing that always threw me off about the armors connected to the Blade Dancer Armor. They either look too glamourous, or are rather...*ahem*.

@ Bandy1 - Isn't there a mod floating around here that shortens the shoulders of the females a bit? (At the cost of a little bit of wonky animation)

WHY does all Howe-guards/soldiers have a Howe-like nose? They are not related!

And, do I go to far from the originals with these designs? I wanted Nan to look more angry/less sad, and I wanted the elves to look like elves...

And no, those look great. The Elves of Dragon Age always depress me. Though I would recommend keeping their ears short, seeing as the Dalish say the City Elves have shorter, flat, less developed ears.

Haha, I didn't even think about the guy's ears. I just replaced the original with one of my presets and then tweaked the preset to fit the role.. but I forgot the ears O: Thanks for pointing it out :3

And you don't think I went too far with them otherwise? Since the mod's goal is to not stray too far from the original designs, trying to keep some of their flaws and such.

unless you suddenly give them blood elf eyes and night elf ears, you're fine haha. as for their flaws, just don't spend much time on them so they don't get the level of attention that say, companions or your actual wardens get.
