Just the though that I would have spended money to have always a new problem with the DLC after reinstall would me make even more angry as I am now

EDIT:
"$%&%$/"% Win7 Pro and its admin login. It worked. It only works if you log in your rig as THE admin. Which is hidden at login by default. Just using a login with adminrights didn't worked for me. I'll try to type what to do for low experienced Win7 users like me when I found out how the 1001 submenues are called in english. Hopefully DA style DLC dies out. ME2 download from here and install manually never gave me that kind of headaches. It sure does not look as pretty as the ingame navigation, but it does not b!%&h around.

Don't touch default admin account unless you have a really good reason to. Use "Run as Administrator" in shortcut (compatibility) properties and it should work just as well.
