• Finish the game as quickly as you can (skip dialogue etc., run through levels disregarding enemies where possible, Cain the Reaper Core...) with everyone recruited, loyal and back alive
• Finish the game as quickly as you can with at least Shepard alive at the end

For those two, you'd have to think about if it's worth spending time getting money/minerals for upgrades as opposed to rushing through levels with less upgrades. Also,

• Heavy weapons expert: use only heavyweapons for the entire playthrough (for rp: play an engineer and use only tech skills and heavy weapons

I think these should deserve achievements in the game.

Another one (requires modding):

• Play in solo mode, taking a squaddie with you only on its loyalty mission

Personally I think each of these could be fun to do...

Just make a backup of your Coalesced then you can always undo anything that mod done.

Forgot about that one. Yeah a zero death it something I want to try too

I've attempted it with every class, now ... but still only succeeded with infiltrator.

I think my playstyle isn't well suited for other classes.

If I'm going to do a no-death run, I'm going to have to change my habits a bit... I tend to play very aggressively, because I get the most fun out of it. So I'm not playing Vanguard. Might do Vanguard for my speedrun, Infiltrator for solo run, and Engineer for no-death run.

Playing an Adept without using weapons at all is challenging too, I'm at Horizon at the moment.
