I was advised to use this tool for extracting something from misc.erf under Dragon Age\\packages\\core\\data, but I don't know how to utilize it. Can someone tell me how to use this tool, recommend something else, or better yet give me a link to an unadulterated chargenmorphcfg.xml file?

If you're wondering what it's for, I'm planning on adding a morph I made in the toolset to the existing presets in the game.

You can use the toolset to accomplish this. Simply go to File -> Open and select the .erf. You can then right click and extract resources. Similarly, you can insert resources on the right click menu.
