I am currently using the AP Ammo but was wondering if it is the best.
What do you guys say?

I'd go with Warp Ammo just so you can better deal with barriers as well, however they're few and far inbetween unless you're fighting collectors, so could always go AP ammo and respec to Warp for those missions.
As for Disruptor, I'd grab Squad disruptor so your squaddies can help take out shields and you can stick to Warp/AP ammo. (depending on what you're fighting)

I almost always take Warp Ammo, since it does increased damage to armor as well as biotic barriers, making it very versatile. In addition, an Infiltrator has access to Incinerate to deal with armored foes, so you don't need to double up on anti-armor powers unless you insist on dealing with every opponent by using your rifle(which is perfectly understandable).

I leave Disruptor at lvl 2 & get Cryo up to squad. While using AP ammo myself which i respec to warp for collector & eclipse missions.
It really doesn't cost that much to switch you bonus power;)

I always go with the WAmmo. The bonuses damage to health, armor, and barriers is just too good.

Infiltrators cut through armour like butter even with no ammo power helping. Health? The best ammo vs health is Cryo. An Infiltrator with Tungsten Ammo is not going to do much better than an Infiltrator with Squad Cryo in most fights, and they'll probably take more fire in the process. If a mission is going to consist of almost exclusively armoured enemies, just take Jacob or Grunt for their Squad Incendiary.
If you're the type to respec for particular missions, it may be worth respeccing to Heavy Warp Ammo on any mission that involves a Praetorian (Horizon, Collector Ship), but otherwise Barriers aren't common enough to bother with Warp Ammo full time.

Let me put it this way.
Without any ammo power, an infiltrator with a widow can take down the endboss before it starts attacking.
(Without using heavy weapons)
Well, that's assuming you have squadmates contributing to the damage.
Personally, I'd go with a "cool" bonus power, preferably with a short cooldown ... like slam (at 3s).
There's such a thing as pwning too much.

I also really like Dominate on my Infiltrator once you get the widow as you dont really need any extra ammo power damage & with Dominate i can pretty much cut the battlefield in half keeping the enemies at range while i pick em off with the Widow

The infiltrator really feels like it doesn't "need" any bonus power. I normally use disruptor ammo so i can take down shields quickly with a SMG and can one shot shielded enemies (not sure if i need disruptor for that but i use it anyway). I take reave for the bonus power because I'm pretty much stripping defenses on cooldown anyway and I like that it helps on collector missions. I suspect Incinerate will work well enough in it's place though.
In short...take whatever you want, nothing's really gonna hurt your ability to get through the game

I take Squad Disruptor and Tungsten for myself. I don't take Warp Ammo because I'm an Infiltrator and it therefore makes no sense for me to be using biotics. Besides, Barriers go down with the SMG so quickly that you may as well get an extra +20% against health and armor. This is more useful for almost every mission but Collector missions.
I respec for Squad Cryo on Collector missions because once you strip a husk with incinerate you can insta-kill it with a freeze and it helps with general crowd control.
