is it possible to add new body types? like if i wanted a quite large, mucular human for a barbarian mercenary. how far can you change it? could i add in new race of cat people? thanks

it's only your skill and the tools you got that limit you.
(or in some cases the skill in making the tools that allow you to make the changes)
the engine supports new custom content it's all about making the art and get it into the right end format.
